Absolutely terrible service.
My legally blind mother in law was going to use this service. They showed up 35 minutes early, as she was out the door they called and didn't even wait the 5 minutes it would have taken her to get down stairs. After waiting a bit she returned to her apartment to find that it was them who called and would not return. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Please if you need or a family member needs a car service go elsewhere you'll be treated better.

Nastiest people ever. Rude, they name call clients. I will definitely report them to the better business bureau. Never again.

CALLED FOR A RIDE TO THE RAILROAD ON CHRISTMAS MORNING! GOT PICKED UP AND DROPPED OFF IN PLENTY OF TIME!

I asked if they had SUVs or a large car as I am picking up a table. They said the drivers won't do it. They won't put furniture in their cars. Really? What a load of bull. He wouldn't even let me explain. He said call a moving company.

I got recommended to try this car service for the first time, I regret it immensely. It was a European guy who had picked me up, and after I told him I was going to pay with credit card, he proceeded to say, "I don't have the credit card machine. Let me WRITE DOWN YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, and I will process it when I get back to the base for you! " I responded "no, I will call the base and pay from there" and he agreed. So I called the base and paid over the phone. 5 mins later, he gets a call from the base saying my card didn't go through.

So I give the dispatcher my credit card info once more, and they respond, "okay, we will call you back, " and hang up. A few more minutes later, the cab driver asks, "did it go through? " and I respond, "they said they will call me back and re-enter the info. " The cab driver then proceeds to park his car and say, "let me go ahead and cancel your ride because how are you going to pay me? You can just go and take a bus, so get out of my car please" and laughs, doing this without even letting the dispatcher call back to confirm.

I call the dispatcher and ask about my payment if it went through, and he then tells me THAT MY CARD WENT THROUGH, AND THE PAYMENT WAS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM. I told the dispatcher what had just happened to me, they put me on hold and called the driver, and at that point, the driver began to yell at the dispatcher. I got out of the car and requested a new vehicle to pick me up. Still, the dispatcher very rudely said, "I just got into work right now. I'm getting off the phone. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS RIGHT NOW. " and hung up.

I call back, and once again, the dispatcher was being very rude to me. I am NEVER taking this car service again! Very rude, very disrespectful, VERY SHADY, and just all-out horrible car service.

Guy on the phone is very rude, hung up on me and cursed me out. Do not get a taxi from them they are very unprofessional! Terrible service overall

Clean, new SUV - competent friendly driver - was early on pickup and on time for delivery.

These guys are always friendly punctual, polite, skilled as professional drivers and usually on par if not actually better priced than any of the apps. I almost always call them when I need a car service in Astoria.

Always pleasant and family friendly prices. One of my main reasons to make sure and utilize their services. 1 con- can get better with car wait timing 8-10 mins when uber arrives in 2-3 mins.
