I feel soooo lucky to have met Timothy! He’s a complete professional and took time to make sure all the stains were out before he left. I was going to buy a new sofa but thought I would try a clean instead as a last resort. I read many reviews of other places and this company had consistent 5 star reviews and I’m glad I took the ‘risk’. I will be recommending him to everyone I know and I will certainly use him again. Olympus did great work and were very responsive and professional. I worked with Timothy, who was awesome. Despite being a little late on delivery past the initial date agreed on, Timothy was super communicative and let us know what was going on. The delay was nothing that was their fault at all, and he handled it right! Definitely use this business, they are awesome!

I called Olympus last Friday to inquire about their services and spoke with the owner, Timothy, who enthusiastically detailed how he could help restore a 2nd hand sectional. The couch was full dog hair and odor, as well as pilling and dirt.

I was impatient when Tim told me he couldn't clean my couch the same-day, so I chose to enlist a contractor on Thumbtack. But that contractor didn't end up doing a good job; I ended up wasting my money via my impatience.

Thankfully, though, Olympus had a Wednesday morning opening. On Wednesday morning, Timothy arrived early and eager to help. As he prepared his equipment, he explained how he's been working with couches all his life. His father and grandfather too! Listening to him talk about couches and carpets, I could hear his passion and knowledge, and felt excited about receiving Tim's service.

As he worked, he'd explain what he was doing and give tips on how to maintain and clean the couch on my own over the next year. We also chatted about little life things like dogs, the price of rent, and trade school (he's going to email me some programs I can look into myself later).

All in all, Olympus is the way to go. It's cheaper than Stanley Steemer and you get a technician like Tim who cares about what he's doing. My couch smells amazing and is noticeably cleaner. I'm so grateful and can't wait to lie on it later on today.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tim around the block from my new apartment and I knew he was the guy that was going to clean my floor. He was kind, friendly, and incredibly professional. He arrived on time, was clean and organized, and gave me lots of helpful advice throughout the cleaning process. In addition to giving advice about the floor, Tim also gave me a lot of valuable advice about what it's like to live in the community, including restaurant recommendations and other local tips. He went above and beyond by finding a listing for a couch on the local Riverdale community board and reaching out to the owner on my behalf. Thanks to Tim's efforts, I was able to get the couch I wanted and he even offered to clean it for me too! I couldn't be happier with the amazing service Tim provided and I now have a carpet cleaner for life. I highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly cleaning service.

This company is amazing! The owner Timothy is kind, courteous and very professional. His technicians are hard working and extremely polite. My couch and chairs were in bad shape after years of use.
