I had 2 massages here so far. Everything about them was delightful, from parking to paying. I was welcomed by my friendly masseuse, Emma, 2nd time Anne, like a friend. The premises are clean, warm and relaxing. The massages were excellent. Highly recommended.

I had my first reiki session with Becky. Becky had a calming energy and explained the reiki process. The reiki session was amazing

The Kirpalu Bliss class with Anandha Kathryn on Wednesday was just lovely. Slow moving and intentional. Anandha is a wonderful instructor who pays attention to every detail. It is clear that she wants all of her students to relax and fully immerse themselves into their practice. The essential oils and hot towels at the end of class are also a nice touch!

The Vinyasa Power Hour with Nick Conner was a treat! High energy and fun. Nick instructed flow options for all levels of practice while providing students with a safe space to step out of their comfort zone and challenge themselves in new ways!

Overall, it was a great experience and I will most definitely be back.

I have only taken Kundalini yoga with Alice here so that is the only thing I am reviewing. This class is great, and it is hard to find a good Kundalini class.but I will note that Om Shanti is a great enviroment and the space is lovely
