On The Spot Auto Detailing, Elmira NY

Needed to have our car detailed fairly quickly. Mostly everyone in our area of Sayre, Athens, and Waverly was booked. Turned to the Elmira area. Same story including On the Spot due to one of their detailers being on vacation. Totally understandable, people need time off and a break. What stands out was the owner personally reached out to see if they could still help and possibly get us in this week. Which they did. And I have to tell you… everything turned out wonderful, they did a great job on our full detail inside and out. And they don't mess around when it comes to time either! About 3 hours in total and that included taking me over to the mall to hang out until they were done and picking me up. Definitely would recommend and bring back again for when it needs a future detail! Kevin, the detailer, is a very good guy too, friendly and easy to work with!

We had a van and a jeep wrangler detailed. The two gentlemen who worked on the vehicles did an incredible job! One vehicle was full of dog hair, and I was very impressed with the outcome! The leather seats were deeply conditioned. We used the option of having the detailers come to us, and the convenience was incredible. Will use them again in the future!

Great team of very personable people. I went to get my window tint removed and they were very helpful and friendly. Prices are great and they get quality work done very efficiently. I’d recommend these guys to anyone and will absolutely return if I need work done again.

Very friendly and reliable service with extremely competitive rates. They were even nice enough to work with me around my work schedule.
As a second shifter with one vehicle, it's hard to get things like detailing done without losing your vehicle for a whole day or 2 and needing a ride somewhere. They were nice enough to take my car before work and allow me to pick it up after work (@11pm) with zero issues.

They did quite a decent job on my car: external wash and internal detailing. Price is reasonable. I am happy with them, except their phone is sometimes unreachable.
I recommend their service.

They did a wonderful job on my 2015 Nissan titan. They detailed the inside and waxed it and vacuumed all the rugs. The owner touched every spot accessible and I would highly recommend them! He did an excellent job!

All of the workers were very nice however I have some issues, Someone else picked up my car for me or else I would’ve discussed them there. They didn’t touch part of the dash, the cup holders up front are still dirty it looks like they tried to wipe them out just quickly, you can tell they vacuumed and shampooed but the hatch area is covered in cat hair; I think that my car looks better than it did but it looks like they rushed. I paid $162 for the service and had the person who picked up my car leave a $20 tip before I saw the car.
Edit: they reached out right away and were very good about fixing my complaints quickly, my car looks brand new, excellent customer service. You can tell they strive to have a good public opinion. Thank you Antonio.
