One-Eyed Jacks is a family destination when we’re in the area. The ribs and brisket were both tender and flavorful. Great sides, too!

Usually good order to pick up time. Food is ALWAYS consistent. Chicken sandwich is the BEST I have EVER had. I am always full when I order here. My top 5 places to go in Lockport

It IS really good BBQ, the ribs are particularly good. However, the price to food ratio is excessively high. Nearly $30 for a 3 meat combo should be enough food to fill you up but it really is paltry little food. 4 or 5 ribs (and they cut the top cap off the rib so they are closer to Chinese spare ribs), an ice cream scoop of pulled pork, and like 6 small thin slices of brisket. I know meat is expensive but it just wasn't worth the value of this.

We have made One Eyed Jacks our go to BBQ place since Kentucky Greg’s closed.
All the employees are super friendly and the food is always delicious. They also can accommodate large parties with reservation of course.

Food is great, nice atmosphere and the waitresses are on point, very attentive and earn their tips by far!

Didn't have a great experience at all. I was excited to try this place out based on the reviews but it fell short.

#1 The actual place is tiny. I wasn't expecting 100 tables, but I was surprised as to how small it is. It felt like everyone could hear everyones conversations to the point where it was uncomfortable.

#2 The whole dinner was rushed. It was the fastest meal at a restaurant I've had, ever. I'm sure this is done to keep tables moving and cash-flowing, but it was a bit much.

#3 One set of the wings was great, the 5 wings my wife had were raw. I'm well aware of how smoked wings look versus baked or deep fried so yes some pink is expected, but they were cold and raw.

Maybe it was just an off-night or off experience for us, but my family wouldn't head back.

Ribs were cold, absolutely dry. It looked like cured meat that was brined. The brisket portion was sad and not flavorful. The “hot” side dishes were also cold. Would never go here again and never recommend.

Love the meals here. Great flavors with a down home feel to the service. I've never been disappointed here.

Excellent food, smoked brisket is a must. Was very disappointed by the lack of Quebecois drug traffickers, FBI agents, and Audrey Horne however. Will be returning.

The ribs were definitely the star of the show, extremely tender and tasty. The brisket was tender but lacking in flavor. Which wouldn't have been a problem if the bbq sauce didn't taste like ketchup. The loaded fries were a disappointment. The chili on top was OK but nothing special, the cheese on the fries was barley noticeable. The Mac & Cheese wasn't bad, just needed a little salt. Overall we definitely weren't wowed.

Rylee is new and still training but she was very nice when we had a question. Our waitress was great. Food was great. Reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Ordered catering for 15. The customer service was so good, that even if the food was average, I would have been very satisfied. The food was far from average - maybe the best BBQ I have ever had. Competition quality ribs, they came off the bone, but kept their shape. I ordered too much and have been happily eating their BBQ for the past 4 days.

I haven't been that satisfied with a meal in a long time. Maybe it was because my body needed the the protein or maybe it was because the double smoked cut brisket tips, one of the Specials that day, melted in my mouth. I thank myself for following my prompting to stop there and eat that day. I am going to make it one of my usual stops now. Service was great, food was superb, and tasty. Worth every penny.

LOVE all of it! Took a large order home of a little bit of everything for my 2021 Christmas Dinner! Savory, Spanked Smokin Good Food! Definitely Kimmy-Sue Tested and Approved Go for the Brisket, for sure and talk about food Heaven! The Sticky Bourbon sauce went home with me too! YUM! Multi-Award winning BBQ at its VERY best! ️

Always great food and service! Fish fry and Southern Catfish are out of this world! Brunswick is pretty delicious as well.
