Absolutely horrible. Botched labwork- twice within 2 weeks. Delayed customer service times. Systems that don't talk to one another- and constant "I'm sorry" responses with basically no resolutions. Make no mistake- One Medical is looking to fatten their bottom line vs.truly care for their patients (ie, PAYING MEMBERS).

They happily take your membership money and then never have any available drs. My General Dr isn’t for over a month. Why pay 200 for that?
