I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I agree with other reviewers that can't believe these people stay in business. The lack of professionalism and the excessive rudeness made me instantly regret giving them any of my money! I wish I had read previous reviews before pulling in to that "waste of time"alleged business. Their tip jar is a joke. It must be dusty in there with cobwebs lol. Keep driving.you'll be glad you did.

One of the guys here has been extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. No idea what sparked this, but every time we pick up our car he yells at us for asking for our car as if we’ve inconvenienced him. Kinda your job tho my guy. Just today, my girlfriend requested for our car and he yelled at her because he was not used to seeing her as the one driving, even though we have always been together to retrieve our car. He then yelled at her to inspect the car, but without much reason or explanation. Very strange behavior, unprofessional, and extremely out of pocket.

Disappointed that texting to have your car brought up and ready doesn’t actually do anything. I texted at 11: 00 am to have my car brought up with an ETA of 11: 30 am. I found myself having it wait 10-15 mins upon arrival at 11: 30 for the valet to bring down my car. Otherwise, the valet guys themselves are pretty nice and seem to care for the vehicles. The lot itself is huge and very clean.

Came here to post a review and I read the others, and am not surprised.

The rudeness and unprofessionalism of all the employees here is outrageous. I do not understand how they are allowed to stay in business.

1. There are signs everywhere (and on the ticket) saying to text to have them retrieve the car 20 minutes ahead of time. I did so, showed up, and had the employee repeatedly yell “no texting at night! ” even though I was not arguing and had simply handed him the ticket already. There was no signs anywhere to say that texting at night was not the proper procedure. He then took over 15 minutes to actually get the car, and when he came back he stormed off yelling “you turn left and you go away! ” As I stood there dumbfounded, and holding his tip which he ignored.
2. The day before, I had a reservation and needed to extend it. The employees proceeded to direct me to different kiosks, employees, etc all the while arguing amongst themselves about how I should make this change. They certainly were not motivated to help me in any way. In the end, they told me I needed to make a whole new (overlapping) reservation, meaning I double paid for an 8 hour period simply because their systems (or their understanding of their systems) left me no other alternative.
3. The day before, I saw the employees harassing another customer, asking her aggressively “where is your car? ” To which she replied “you have it, and I have been waiting for 30 minutes. ” Why else would they think she was standing there waiting?
4. Not exactly their fault, but be aware there is a foreign transaction fee and I saw nowhere on the website to make the reservation that this would be a foreign transaction.

I wish I can give no star. This place is one of the most unprofessional mismanaged parking lots I've ever had the misfortune of using. They had the audacity to give my car key (card) to another customer who left. Manager was no where to be found and NO ONE wants to help at all. They messed up but did nothing to rectify the issue. If I did not have my key linked to my phone, I would have been left stranded and god knows what they would do to my car since it was parked blocking in multiple cars in the lower level of parking lot. I had to go to retrieve my car myself by unlocking it with my phone. No refund, no "I'm sorry" no nothing. I left the lot fuming.
