The leasing agent, Justyna, is super patient, understanding, and nice! She was great at listening to our needs and identifying the best apartment for us. Loving the place and the staff.

We just completed our move to One Waterline Square, and it was by far the easiest move we ever made. Winson, Manny, Justin, Edgar, and the rest on the front desk staff made us feel very welcome and assisted us with every move. We are so pleased that we will a part of this great Waterline community!

Natalie just gave my wife and I a tour and she was wonderful. The place is amazing and she did an incredible job of answering all of our questions and showing us everything that waterline has to offer.

The person Tiger S.living in apartment #2202 was trying to lure in underage kids from the park. Parents beware.

I am from CA, and I just spent a week at 2 Waterline, staying at my brother-in-law’s place (thank you!), and I can’t believe such a building exists in the US!

The Club is absolutely unreal (reminds me of a fancy country club), and the lobby reminds me of a 5-star hotel lobby. The amount of public spaces is amazing, especially if you’re working remotely, which I was ;)

The staff is super cool too!

My only complaint about this place is that I don’t have an apartment here: (not yet at least!

I finally see what living in a full-service building is like.

I would live here just to have access to the Audio/Video room and the Music Recording studio in the Club downstairs … say what!

I just ended my life-changing tour with Natalie! This tour has convinced me that I do not want to be anywhere else. Natalie was thorough, friendly, and informative.

A bit off the beaten path but the amenities are the best the city has to offer. Spectacular apartment views, roomy with ample closet space. Mgt and staff friendly and helpful. All in all the perfect choice for today's Socialist.
