OneMain Financial, Webster NY

The most unprofessional service I’ve experienced in my life. I originally apply 11/18, finally received a response 12/27. After constant following up and waiting for a response. I was continued mislead by the officers in this location. I was made two offers and continued to provide them with everything they requested. They kept saying they were going to follow up with me and never did. Every time I called they kept saying they will follow up back but never did. Don’t recommend their services.

After I was able to make contact i was pleasantly surprised with the amount of professionalism and customer service. This branch not only was helpful with the process of closing my loan but they also had a comforting vibe which I think is so great to have when dealing with finances. I am so happy I came here

Get a loan elsewhere, this place is greedy nothing more applied for a loan with 750 credit score & was forced to put up my car when had I done my proper research I could have gotten a loan with a different company without putting a lien on my vehicle which I didn’t even need with such a good credit score. I also would’ve gotten a different apr & higher loan. I will never get a loan from them again. This place also doesn’t believe in working with its customers. It can be hard to get people on the phone & they are only nice & courteous people when they want you to apply for their loans once they have you trapped in they treat you like a number.

Good people. Very respectful. Let you know what the payments. I really just a comfortable place to do business.

Mercedes was amazing. She was not pushy and explained all the details of my loan. She upsold me on insurance, which is a good thing. I know business need to make money and where I am currently financially this was a good loan for me. Look forward to doing business again!

Customer service was great until I signed the contract, but after that the webster, NY office would not return any of my phone calls when I needed follow-up work done. Very disappointed. I may go with another finance company just to pay off my obligationswith this company. In my opinion, they are starting off poorly.

After going back and fourth with 4 people getting approved by phone then not getting a call back for 3 weeks. Then having technical issues, receiving no help other then call the helpline them telling me it’s the people working with me that’s having the technical issues. Then doing in person application 45 minutes from home with two kids under 6 yrs old. My credit report was pulled 5 plus times and I’m leaving with nothing but a waste of time because no is trained properly or communicates with other staff. Everyone we encountered had an attitude for having to accommodate us close to the end of the day. Staff was arguing with eachother and rude to me another in front of our face. Then the manager walks over and just pretty says no one can help us to leave and try a different bank.with that being said don’t waste your time and energy on human beings that can’t properly communicate with their own staff. Don’t care about their clients unless they can take their money and lack human decency.

They just aswer phone when you have business with them, i try many times to contact jennifer about my credit report, when there she was on vacation y left my number like 3 times she dint hit me back. After 8yrs thats how they treat customers. Keep this in mind!
