4Installation of new countertops has been a nightmare. We ordered countertops on the buffet piece to have rounded edges so that the kids would not impale themselves on a sharp corner.they rounded the edges on 3 of the four corners, but put the sharp corner on the worst corner where there is more traffic. Communication has not been adequate as they never explained ahead of time the need for the old countertops and kitchen sink to be disconnected and removed before they come install. The first day they came they mentioned not having their tools with them to be able to take out the old countertop. The second day they came they said they can’t disconnect the sink because they would be liable if anything happens. All that makes sense, but to waste time and not communicate that beforehand is not appreciated! I recommend using someone else to install your countertops!
They did not get our measurements right for our counter tops and they were too late I don’t recommend this place
