OnPoint Pharmacy Port Jefferson, Port Jefferson Station NY

This is the second time my 90+ year old mother has had difficulty filling her prescriptions with this incompetent, horribly staffed (pharmacists change like dirty diapers) inconvenient hours of operation pharmacy. My mother suffered and when I questioned them about her prescription Kathy lied about when the Dr called it in (I was with him when he made the call). My fury has no limit. Please go to the 100 other pharmacies available in the area

I cannot say enough about this pharmacy. The folks at On Point are not only kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - if they don’t have something in their store, they will assist you on how to find it. Insurance issues are resolved immediately. I have called and trusted both Bill and Mike with questions about myself and my family and have been put at ease every time. I cringe at the thought of shopping at a commercial pharmacy. You become nothing but a number. Here you become family. Staff has actually dropped off medication to me on their way home at the end of a business day because I was too sick to get there. Don’t forget to ask for Jessie! She’s the best! I recommend On Point to everyone I know and always will!

I can not THANK the Team enough. Mom recently got out of the hospital and when we arrived to the store the Team was more than helpful. So sweet and so helpful AND Mom was in need of a Lift Chair and SHOCK they actually had one she could actually try out. Jessie was WONDERFUL she hooked up the chair so Mom could try it out and make sure it was just right as she would be using it to sleep in. We bought and another wonderful surprise Jessie could have delivered it the same day if not for the storms. TOTALLY Recommend and thanks again

I was in the store again today and requested Jesse to help me as she's the go to girl when you need something. She has helped me from wheel chairs to wound care. Bravo for this employee. I dare say she should be the employee of the month! Shes a keeper for your company!

We have been coming to this pharmacy for years since it was Fairview. We really come because of the pharmacist Bill. He is always patient, kind and informative about the medications. Prescriptions are always filled quickly with him.

They are all extremely kind, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, understanding, and always there when you need them! Jesse and Bill are completely the best, their professionalism and understanding is so very special! Words cant begin to describe how much I appreciate everyone at this pharmacy. Mike and Bill go above and beyond making sure my medication never runs out, helping me get refills from the doctor if I forget. It is the personal touch why i still use their pharmacy. Personal attention. To this team of staff i am more than just a number.

They have gone completely down hill since they stopped being Fairview. There isn't one time I go there and have a smooth transaction. Constant mistakes and they act like it's your fault. Be prepared to have to call your doctor office and insurance company and take a lot of time to fix their mistakes. I've also seen them disrespect other people out loud for all to hear with no problem doing so. So unfortunate. We will take our business elsewhere.

Was disappointed at first when Fairview became OnPoint because Fairview has always been so reliable and helpful! Recently OnPoint has proven to be also very helpful, reliable and friendly! We will remain and very loyal customer. Bill and Mike are fantastic
