I’m a 5 o’clock in the morning guy. I really enjoy that first a cup of coffee. The members are very friendly. I’m kinda like a part-time member. I work out there for the summer while we’re in Brennan Beach. The upgraded equipment is great, the treadmills are the newer style. It is a little on the small side but it works.

Some staff are more helpful than others. Nice new equipment and shower/locker room. Members are courteous and wipe all equipment after use.

Great small town gym! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Staff is great and gym is always clean. Feels like a family environment when walking in. My got to place for sure.
