I liked the attention more than that of the doctor and the nurse. I will return there again

The worst dental place ever! Most places tell you your co-pay amount before your appointment, not here they make you wait all day then to see if your insurance covers and if they don’t and you have to pay out of pocket and you don’t have it, they will not service you. The wait time is is insane even if you have an appointment. Not enough chairs so people can seat! Waiting to be called with an appointment is 3/4 hours and no guarantee that you actually be serviced.

I giving a one star rating first of all I was there last month they send a no English speaking person to work in my month no that’s no right because I want step by step details anyway it didn’t happen because I was leaving the country and they made me and appointment for Memorial called me and canceled so who make the next appointment me or them it should be them I’m calling everyday only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes or better or they send you to a mail box that is full already and then simply hang up this is very unprofessional tactics period and I’m not at all prejudice but where are my African American people that knows how to talk to people in the language I speak again very unprofessional people when it comes downs to trying to call this place, and when someone works in your mouth it should be explained from start to finish period

The place is clean thats it.
They never answer the phones. THEY CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT NOTI
Fing you. Will make contact with my union that service is horrible.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ll be honest with you I liked the place at first but I feel like the customer service is horrible like when you call is they don’t answer their phone and when you do they answer quickly and say please wait and put you on hold.and I love giving good reviews but this one’s kind of bothering me already cause when I go there the girls are always sitting in the front and the phone their phone Hardly rings so I feel they may be ignoring the calls They have so many people coming in and out this place that it feels more and more like you’re just a number ($$) and don’t really care about the clients they just want you to come so they can make money. It feels like they really try to get you in as much possible and then rush you out when the done. And I like my doctor, but I know when I press cash for clients and doesn’t. I don’t know maybe it’s because I used to live in Manhattan and the doctors there were great at always kind and attentive. That I’m not used to being treated like a number rather than a person

Horrible, rude reception area. This led to patient, a senior citizen I escorted, to not be seen for his dental appointment. This was thanks to inadequate customer service at check-in. Supposedly, patient's plan was inactive, but that information was inaccurate. The alleged office worker refused to speak to insurance company even though I called insurance company right from the office and was given a number specifically for worker to call to verify plan is active. The reason I was given: "It would take too long. " When I requested to speak to a manager to file an official complaint, I was not given a number, email or paperwork. This incident was this afternoon, March 10,2023. Unprofessional. I would still like to know where I could file official complaint. The patient doesn't plan on going back! Worse first visit ever.

I had an appointment at 10am last week. I get called around 11am for a different procedure that I came in for. I refuse and say I am here for wisdom teeth removal. I have been fasting to prepare for such.
11: 30am, still no news of when they will see. Front desk will have to look at the surgeon’s schedule as I was not on it. Incredible as, Open Dental called me the day before to confirm the surgery and give instructions.
12pm: I have my surgery. Around 12: 20pm, once done and sleepy, groggy, they ask if I could walk. Then asks if my pick up person is here. I am baffled. Shouldn’t they have called? Considering, that person sat in the waiting for 1h30mins with me. When we asked for my medication, they said they will send it to our pharmacy.
2: 31pm. I am in so much pain at home. I have no painkillers. I call the dental office and after 20 excruciating mins, I get someone.
She responded with attitude “honey, I will send all the prescriptions out at 3pm. I have patients here”. Click.
4: 45pm: my husband went to the pharmacy to pick up. They sent nothing. He had to run back to the clinic (which already was closed). He had to stay put and say he wouldn’t leave unless someone gave him the prescription or send to the pharmacy. Right, at the moment.
Back and forth and we believe it was the owner of the place, who took him back to the dental clinic. They sent my prescription right in front of my husband around 5: 10pm.
Can you imagine the pain I’ve been under at home? While he had to figure it out.

I rarely write reviews but I had to express my disappointment. This dental office overbooks, is understaffed, and it is poorly run.
They do not communicate well amongst each other nor with the patient. They are unreachable by phone or via “the text message app”.

So much for trying to find a local dentist place. Our community deserves better.

Yea I regret taking my mother to this dental office. They never pick up the phone, and always changing ya appointments without notifying until you arrive. Very unprofessional, I know because I work in the dental field. Just save ya time, also they don’t change the barrier tape. They just wipe them and keep going, you’ll notice if you go, the rooms are open with glass walls.

Thank you for the service I am doing my orthodontic treatment every month and they have very good payment plans thanks to the girl from the front desk Karina for always helping me and reminding me of my appointments.

They need to change this manager super unprofessional and yells at staff infront of patients and so long waiting time I don’t recommend this place at all
