Open road vw in manhattan is amazing. Super nice people who work there. We just purchased an Audi from them and it honestly was the best experience ever at a dealer. Jeff Isaac-Hodge and Damaris Melendez were absolutely amazing.

Brought out the 2022 Tiguan to Open Road VW, despite not buying the car here; we did our 1-year maintenance and corresponded via email.
Xiomara Chavez was amazing over email and responded quickly and concisely. I'm glad I went out of my way and drove from Brooklyn for this level of service. Dropped off the car at 10 am and got it back at 1: 30 pm sharp. The oil was changed, and 27 point inspection was done. While waiting though, the salesman and finance manager were arguing and acted unprofessional. Big shoutout to Ananda Ajayi for taking care of us when we arrived. She was the best! Lastly, why isn't there a golf in the showroom? It's an iconic car for the VW brand. Thanks, guys! Will be coming back when I hit 20k miles.

Open Road Volkswagen Manhattan is not a typical car dealership. We purchased our Tiguan 2 years ago and have had a great experience every time I brought it in for maintenance and service. They are clean, meticulous and so nice. Damaris, Christian and Andre were beyond professional. I would without hesitation, recommend this dealership even if it’s not convenient for you

This is a spacious area and everyone is very friendly. Did not pressure us in selling their car. Patrick was very helpful and informative.

Awesome experience. Was looking for a vehicle since over 2 months. Went thru about 13 different dealerships before finally financing a deal with Christian at VW Manhattan. Honestly the customer service is was sold me more than anything. They actually made my time feel valued and my deal special. Other dealerships brush you off when you have a concern or question. Our experience with this dealership was great. We were interested to purchase a compact SUV, and considered BMW, VW and Toyota. We ended up settling with a 2022 Tiguan which we love, but we equally loved the service we received during the decision process. Patrick assisted us and provided all information we needed to take the decision. We appreciated that he gave us time and did not put any unnecessary pressure to take a quick decision, he was transparent and well informed throughout the process.
Andres assisted us with completing the purchase. He also did a fantastic job explaining us all the costs and financing details.
From all VW dealerships in and around NYC, Openroad VW Manhattan is by far the best (we checked others during our decision process).

One small overall minus, not for this dealership in particular but for VW in general, is that the car didn’t come equipped with the trunk cover, which I believe is considerably essential.

Christian Garcia was it? Great customer service, very attentive, top of his class. Was nervous about the purchasing process but he smoothed out the bumps; and made a memorable experience.

Recently I needed a repair done, and I was absolutely dreading it. Anthony, the general manager, made the whole process smooth and seamless. I can't thank him enough!
