Opera Cafe Lounge, Brooklyn NY

The staff was GREAT! The place is very warm and welcoming. The food was DELICIOUS! I even ordered food to take home.

Was yesterday at the Opera restaurant. To my surprise, I learned that now they charge for using a credit card. This is bad practice. Perhaps it is also illegal.

This place used to be affordable but not anymore. Pretty pricey for a diner like atmosphere but on a larger scale. Manager and crew were very courteous and food was pretty good.

The service was amazing and the food was well prepared. The restaurant is big enough to host a vast amount of people and with covid you can keep the 6ft distance between each other. There are also seats outside, which is great for the summer. Overall, I am very happy with the service that was provided and the prices.

It's always a delight to go to this restaurant. Its huge and their food is delicious. Had their lamb doner and chicken chops and both of these dishes were cooked to perfection.

Me and my wife came to this place after our wedding it's a great memorable experience We are planning to go on our anniversary back there again I'll definitely recommend it for those wants to try different things this is the place to go to without a doubt and the food was really delicious

Its an okay place. Has the same problem that all the other cafes have in Emmons Ave, great sitting place, below average service, and decent, but overpriced food.

We had only appetizers (mezze plate, mixed grill, salads) and tea, but everything we had was good. The service wasn't very attentive - it was later in the evening, and there were a good ratio of staff to customers, but somehow it was very difficult to catch anyone's eye. We were a table of only women, and it felt like they just decided we weren't going to eat a lot and walked away from us. We wanted to order more drinks and desserts, but sat at the table for so long without help that when we finally got someone to come, we just asked for the check and left. Maybe it's better earlier in the day?

Love this place! Atmosphere is authentic, food delicious. Good service. Best Lamb Chops and sweetest desserts!

Recently I have watched too many advertisements from OPera Cafe online and in public. So today I decided to give it a try with my friends for brunch since i’ve living in this neighborhood a while. But unfortunately it’s kinda disappointed! I don’t think they clean the tables PROPERLY for the next customers as we know there is still many COVID-19 cases exit in New York City. The food was just So-So. The Menus and table is super STICKY! It really ruined my mood. Also the cup that let me use to drink sparkling water was smelly, no doubt the lemon is not fresh can see it’s leftover from yesterday. Waffle was Just okay or could be better. Americano ️ was So-so, not my style. The only thing I like is the egg Benedict with salmon. It really surprised me tho. Hopefully the manager will improve their CLEANNESS for restaurant after see my review! Cuz it’s really Disgusting when a customer see a sticky menu and sit on the sticky table!

A local staple. Everything is delicious from breakfast to dinner to desert and everything in-between. Ample seating indoor and outside. Great service and fresh food, what more can you ask for? Perfect for a casual meal or a celebration!

Great food and great staff! First off the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Wide selection of food to choose from. Parking is a bit of a challenge to find on a Sunday during brunch hours.
