Dr. Chu is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. Great service overall.

This doctor, George L. Wang, M. D. (Dr. Wang Liyuan), has a problem with his character. I took my child to the ophthalmology department today to get glasses. Although I made an appointment, I still had to wait for a long time. The child also kept saying he was bored. While waiting for the doctor, the child I looked curiously into the audition room. I happened to be looking at my phone and didn't pay attention. As soon as Dr. Wang Liyuan came in, he directly blamed the child and the mother because the child did touch his things. I kept apologizing, but the doctor kept saying no. The child is uneducated, rude, and misbehaved, and even threatens the mother that if the child breaks something, he will do something to the child. Although he does not say it clearly, anyone who is not stupid can hear it, because he has to fill out a form for the child's examination. I endured it, and when I came out, I told the staff loudly that the children were not good and would touch things, asking everyone to be careful. Then I entered the office. I couldn't bear the pain. How could I surrender to this doctor with such an attitude? Money therapy.

This doctor has no medical ethics and only cares about making money. When he went to check his eyes, he said that his retina was damaged and his eyes needed laser. I was worried and went to other clinics for examination. The doctors in the two clinics said it was good.

It's very, very bad. When looking at the eyes, you need a prescription, but they won't give them. They will only give you glasses. Very bad attitude. Very, very bad, must match glasses in his place, just tell you the prescription, eye degree, very bandit practice. As long as the cash, front desk service, you finished, the attitude is worse.very bad!

1. Extremely long wait time, even you have appointment, be prepared to wait 1-2 hours.
The waiting time is super long, even if you have a reservation, you have to wait 1-2 hours.

2. After the visit with Dr. Wang, we didn't get the eyeglasses from their office because the glasses are somehow overpricing. Few weeks later, We requested a copy of prescription, but doctor office asked for $30, they said because we didnt get eyeglasses from their office, and they dont bill insurance for eye exam, so they need to charge us $30 for the prescription. I have never been charged for a prescription since it's always the doctor's responsibility to provide that.what's worse is, I called and confirmed with my insurance company, this doctor did bill eye exam to insurance company and got paid, which means they were paid by health plan and asked patient for money for the same service. (duplicate charge!) And they lied to me. I filed the complaint and you should definitely avoid this clinic.
After seeing the doctor, I did not buy glasses from the doctor because they were expensive. A few weeks later, we asked the doctor for a prescription to get glasses, but the clinic lady said that since we didn't get glasses there, we had to pay $30 before she could give us a prescription. I said, "In the United States, I have never encountered a doctor who asked for payment before prescribing. " Clinic lady Lucy said it's because they don't take insurance. I immediately called the insurance company to confirm, and I was sure that they were lying. They did use the insurance, and the insurance company paid them. And now they are still double charging and asking the patient to pay. I then complained to my insurance company about this behavior. I hope everyone will stay away from clinics without integrity and medical ethics.

3. Few days later after my son's visit this clinic, he got a bacterial infection on his eyes and turned out to a pediatric urgent care, because this clinic didnt do good cleaning on their equipment. Later, I got a bacterial infection in my eye, which was so serious that I had to go to the emergency room because the equipment here was not cleaned properly and was too dirty.
I will never go back to a clinic like this again, it’s too bad.

This experience of seeing the doctor was so irritating. I had to wait until the last appointment at 6: 30pm to leave the clinic for the 3: 15pm appointment. After waiting for more than an hour, I asked the front desk how long I would have to wait (the children were a little noisy during this period, which may have affected the patients next to me). An assistant lady came out and told me that because it was our first time here, we could not see Dr. Zhu. I have to see Dr. Li. I said that the person I called to make an appointment was Dr. Zhu Tong, but you didn’t tell me that it was Dr. Li who I saw for the first time. The two sides argued for a few words, and finally another staff member told me that if I wanted to see Dr. Zhu, I had to wait because there were patients ahead of me. My kids wait until they fall asleep. Finally, I finally met Dr. Zhu Tong at around six o'clock. As soon as I met, he said that I would waste more than half an hour by not letting Dr. Li check the preliminary work. I explained a few words and then Dr. Zhu Tong said that it might be that our staff did not communicate clearly with you. At this time, I no longer had the energy or patience to say anything more. I just finished looking at the children's eyes first. I myself had seen Zhu Tong’s eyes before, and all the machines inside were checked, but my son’s child made the machine at the door. I thought it was because children were different from adults, so I asked my friend’s child about it later that night. (I also saw it at Zhu Tong’s place) Her child also had all the machines checked, so I don’t know now whether it was because of my dispute with the front desk that the child did less checks, or whether he didn’t need to do so much.machine inspection. This experience was really terrifying, it was the first and last time.
