Optomologist - Waited 3 hours and saw the doctor for maybe 10 minutes. I tried what was suggested and my eyes got worse. Not happy at all and still no relief.

Dr Rusu pays attention to your concerns, she explains clearly what you need to know/understand about your situation. She's efficient and courteous

The facility is consistently busy and the chairs are now limited. Many patients standing waiting to be called. Although you get appointments easily the wait is endless. The staff runs the necessary eye test needed for the doctor to see, but the doctor sees you much later. Once you get to see the doctor, you’re in and out in 2 minutes. I felt rushed with the doctor even though they seem satisfying in their evaluation of you.

The staff is amazing! They are calm and courteous. In a panic with a headache and massive eye pressure, I was able to get an appointment right away.

Dr. Is wonderful. His assistants are wonderful. The office workers at the front desk are horrible. Rude, and condescending. They are also rude on the phone. God forbid you have an emergency. I stopped going because of this. I pray that the Dr.reads these reviews

I was taken in as an emergency, the technicians dilated my eyes and gave me tests, soon after I was seen by Dr Rusu who examined my eyes, she was very cordial and answered all my questions, and gave me my diagnoses. The whole process was approx two hrs

Dr Aleprandis is an excellent ophthalmologist, very good surgeon, he operated in both of my eyes and the results are amazing. He also explained everything about the procedure, and his bedside manners are fantastic. I would recommend him without any reservation or hesitation.
