The highest recommendation and then some! Dr. Donnolo's examination was thorough and comprehensive, and she took time to answer my questions. She identified that my eyes IMPROVED over this past year, but just maybe her examination was more accurate. I think so. Great customer service-Marc made excellent suggestions about how to utilize my old frames as reading glasses-and the new frames, are SO BEAUTIFUL! Caring people, great value and quality control. I have recommended so many people and will continue to do so. THANK YOU for your professionalism and care.

Marc is very rude and nasty and not helpful at all. I will not be coming back ever again not sure how he's still in business.

Marc and Felicia are the best at what they do. I ordered 3 pairs of eyeglasses from them 2 were great but the 3rd frame was bothering me. I called and Marc said come in when you can and we will change the frame. No problem. This is true customer service.

Will not go anywhere else for glasses or contacts! Dr. Donnolo is an amazing practitioner and Marc goes out of his way to give you what you want. I fell in love with a frame that had been discontinued and wouldn't you know he managed to track it down for me. I trust my eyes to no one else!

If I could give this place a zero review, I would. One star even seems too generous. Mark is a horrible human being and a horrible business man. I don’t know how he’s still in business. He does not know how to to his job! My grandmother spent two months without glasses because he couldn’t get the prescription correct and would not deal with the insurance himself. We had to get involved and call the insurance just to find out it was Mark who was holding up the entire process. All Mark cares about is a check. He expected to get paid even though we had no product after he continued to mess them up! We finally said enoughs enough and took the glasses somewhere else. I genuinely wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! There are hundreds of other optometrists in Brooklyn and you’re better off going to any of those before you go to this one.

Excellent service and prices! Got glasses for myself and contacts for my son. First pair of glasses that Marc picked out ended up being my favorite and Dr. Donnolo couldn’t have been more helpful. 10/10 would recommend!

They’ve returned my sight to me.
I was legally blind in my right eye, and now with my new contacts my right eye is the dominant one.

Marc deals with anxious people who are scared of their rare and debilitating condition, just like I was, on a regular basis. Confidently and calmly. Sometimes you get the impression he doesn’t understand the urgency of your situation, but then you realize he does, and there is a reason for calm, always.

I'm so glad I decided to try this place out for glasses. I've had cataract surgery in one eye but was starting to have some new problems. I had my eyes examined by Dr Donnolo. She was so professional and friendly. She told me I only needed glasses for reading. I was very relieved to hear this, as another place had once tried to force me to get glasses for both reading and distance. Mark helped me to select frames. He was very knowledgable about the type of lenses that would work best for me. I could see how experienced he was. My new glasses work great and are very stylish. Everyone should do themselves a favor and come to this place!
