The place is ok but only the security guard is very rude don't know how to talk to customers

That was a good experience with their service, short waiting line, quick and easy from start to finish. I want to recommend visiting this place in the early morning hour around 9 am to 10 am it will be crowded.

The staff were nice but do to covid i had to wait over a half hour on line outside in the blazing sun it was very hot

We have had constant outages and have called so many times for this to be resolved it seems that the overhead cable in the street is corroded and needs to be switched but good luck getting anywhere with Cablevision, in addition we even upgraded hoping to get better service but the internet just keeps on cutting out, we are at a total loss and honestly if this is not resolved very soon we will have no choice and switch to a different provider.

The lines were hideous. The only sign to tell you where the separate line for Altice Mobile was at the actual line past line after line doing other business. The rep was helpful but I was there from 3: 30 to 6pm. Not good, people. Not good. Oh, and I have to go back to complete everything, no fault of mine.

Expensive and I could never seem to justify why if my service was $69 dollars I never received a bill for less than $120. Who has to lie to people about their bill? Apparently these people. Also after having to go there in person to cancel the service, return the box and pay any balance, they still try sending me a bill. Despicable service.

Optimum service is the worst in the entire universe. People, please, please if you're thinking about getting service from optimum, don't just walk away, run, yes, run as far as you can.

I visited for a change of remote and man when I tell you I literally spend less than a minute in there. Thanks to the security, despite they had some long lines.

Got here at 11: 00am on a Wednesday, there were 6 people ahead of me. Was there to replace modem and router, took about 45 minutes total. When I got to the front of the line there was about 10-15 people behind me and a political debate did break in the line during my time there. Overall not a bad experience!

They are expensive and their channel selection sucks. Their packages need a $20 a month Altice Box with Wifi that drops out constantly is no where near the posted speeds.

Its an okay internet service except they have this huge line that totally ruins it along with your mood. Its in the middle of basically nowhere with a lot of dead ends. Its hidden by trees and an empty expanse. On the plus side, they have very friendly and helpful staff and a tidy place.

GO TO VERIZON!
this business must be shot down.they set you up to pay the bill unfairly and tell you the charges are valid.you don't pay the bill that unfairly charged as shown as scams?
they send it to the collections and get paid any ways.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY

I hate Optimum! They provide no contracts, they have no managers - that's what I was told by phone! The business got issues! I would never recommend it to any of my friends, and even enemies.

Went to Optimum to get a remote control that broke went to the window they gave me one fast and courteous it was quick in and out I like that didn't have to wait on the line

Went on a Friday to pay optimum bill.
There was a long line but it was moving.
Customer Service person that helped me was nice. Location was far. There is a bus that stops near it and if by car there is a parking lot.
