Security would not let both me and my mother inside, only one of us. My mother needs a new cell phone but needs my help to explain due to her disability.

That's after we waited for almost an hour to get in.

Although there is a line outside it moves fairly quickly and staff is very friendly. I was in and out in about 15 maybe 20 minutes.

Edit in response to their response: I don't have Twitter or Facebook, is there another method whereby I can reach you?
Service goes in and out- WiFi is unreliable, and television service will inexplicably kick you off and claim "you are not subscribed to this channel" (even when trying to access the broadcast channels [which can be accessed for free without cable]). When I finally switched due to the television issues, I appealed for a partial refund on my last month, considering part of the service was not working correctly- they got back to me in the form of sending my account into collections, NEVER MIND THAT WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC.
After this experience, I would rather cut off my cable and internet completely than EVER consider using Optimum again.

If I only.have an option for ZERO star. This optimum store and cable company can be the worst nightmare. I have to fall in line out the street for 45 mins to replace my defective remote control.

I don't know where to start how bad is this location. The lines are incredibly long with a wait of 40 minutes or more especially during rush hours. They don't have enough staff to at least speed up the line.

Not an in and out, even though they have several windows to serve customers, there are lots of people must of the times.

The lines here can sometimes be long but they move quickly. It’s pretty easy to get what you need and/or return what you no longer want. Always call in advance to make sure you know what to expect and what you need to bring with you to avoid another trip here. I’ve never had any problems at this location yet. Good luck.

Fast window service for exchanges or returns, just wished DMV had pleasant tellers and smiling people like this office in Bronx Shopping Plaza. Optimum also has fast response times for home or down cable repairs. Thank You for the fast and professional treatment.

There was no long line to wait on because on the weekdays in the morning. The customers will be attended to quickly.

I am disabled got illegally evicted. Made sure I took food equipment. They would not come pick it up made me go to Verizon store to drop off then told me I was missing a piece of equipment. No morals. Got my receipt and left

The cable company is a SCAM PAYCTOO MUCH FOR NOTHING! THAN TRY TO CANCEL SERVICE THEY KEEP U ON HOLD TILL U HANG UP IVTRIED LAST NIGHT FOR HOURS, only way to cancel service is to go th the office? What a poor way to treat honest working people, they just want to ROB YOUR MONEY
AND GET ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN

Fast and very friendly customer service at this location. However, the actual services this cable company offers is poor and not worth the cost. If you can get you internet, cable and phone through a different server.

Optimum is a good cable company because i think it offers great packages, U can watch any channel include movies channels, and whatever channels that come with your package. I love optimum it is a better cable company than any other cable company.

Ok people they love to lie. 1. They said that if you get the new box that came out that they only charge $5 extra. But that was not the case. DONT EVERY BELIVE THEM THEY ARE CORRUPTED THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.and they never give any one a break. Always read between the line's and now i see why every one is leaving them to a better server. This will be the last time i deal with scammers like them.
