The day after my first treatment with Frances my stiff neck was gone and my back felt a lot better. I am excited to continue my treatment and feel better in my body. Frances was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel instantly at ease.

Francis is amazing! Aiden from his reception team is great too, everyone in the office is friendly and lovely to chat with. There is always a great playlist curated by Francis playing during the therapy sessions. I went in with a meniscus tear and they put me on a plan that included massage, electro therapy, biking and some weights. My knee got stronger over the weeks and now I have no pain. I’m so grateful!

Came in for PT in June. I had referral and instructions on what therapist should avoid given my case. First session was good, next two or three were each with a different person who clearly did not know what to do vs.not do with me, so I had to explain to each person each time. After third or fourth session (and thus third or fourth person) the PT said she was concerned about an aspect of my case and that they would discuss internally and I should not come back until they called me back.

I still haven't gotten that callback, but I continued to get automated reminders for the appointments they told me to cancel, then automated texts asking why I had stopped coming and reminding me of the importance of continuing with PT. Final straw just now was being told by my FSA that they had rejected a claim for a one-off administrative charge Optimum had charged me and my FSA card was now on hold until I reimbursed them for this inappropriate charge.

I went with Optimum because reviews seemed decent and they were very close to my house when I could barely walk due to my injury. But their absolute lack of internal communication put me at real risk of much more serious injury if I had not been fully on top of training each new person, and then their lack of follow-up meant that I was left without PT coverage since I had already used the referral and I didn't have the energy to fight my insurance company on getting a new one for a competent place.

If you have an EXTREMELY simple case, no FSA, and the location is very convenient to you, then sure, go for it (hence my 2 stars, not 1), but I cannot imagine going back myself after my disastrous experience.

Great PT. Diagnosed and treated my bicep tendonitis. Work well with people who are fit & active as well as those with deeper mobility problems. Polite and professional staff.

Unfortunately I had to stop going since they no longer take BCBS insurance as of June 2023. Hopefully that changes in the future, but doesn't sound possible anytime soon.

Honestly, it is very, very excellent. I had knee pain in just two sessions. It improved a lot. I advise anyone who has pain in the back, knee, or any part of his body to visit this place. He is an excellent, caring and honest doctor with high ethics.

When you come here you are not in for normal therapy. You are also in for laughter and the attention of very professional and caring people.

Hi everyone you need to come to this office where I go for my physical therapy I enjoy every moment of my session and I came here because my doctor said I had a hopeless lower back problem but my PT prove them wrong now I feel like I could run the marathon

Everyone in the office is personable kind and supportive. The therapist at the Atlantic Ave office is excellent at what he does and the music is great too!

The Boreum Hill location staff are amazing. The location is great. Professional, kind and courteous.services rendered by all the staff from the front desk staff to the assistant and the therapist. The facility is always clean. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I have had a meniscus tear for a year and finally started coming here. I never regret a session — the team at Optimum is so professional, caring, and flexible. They always have time slots that work for my schedule and the facilities are clean and spacious. Francis is a great PT — his massage work and exercise regimen has improved my mobility and the quality of my day to day immensely. Cannot say enough good things about this place, especially after trying a different physical therapy office earlier this year in DTBK that was way too busy and small. If you live in the area, Optimum is the place to come!

I hope I would have met Francis before, he is helping me get better in a good pace. Soon I will be able to wear high heels. I really like the front desk Noelia, so nice and professional.

The staff is great and I love Francis as my physical therapist. I am feeling better from my lower back, and I am improving a lot. I definitely recommend OHPT.

I'm posting this recommendation on behalf of my wife Lynette. My wife has been coming here for her knee therapy for the past six weeks. When she started she could have hardly walk, I'm pleased to say Lynette is close to regaining her normal gait. Without a doubt I would recommend Optimum Health Physical Therapy. The staff is very professional and helpful.
