I called 10 min ago for availability and was told to just walk in. I drove here sick and was told they are not taking new patients. Merry Christmas

Came in on Saturday 20 mins before their closing time (5pm). The front desk was nice but they were informed by the Dr on-site to not take anymore patients. There weren’t any patients waiting to be seen in the waiting area.

If you want to get out of the office by 5pm and stop taking patients 20 mins before then you should indicate that on your site as a policy. The front desk tried to ask the Dr if he would see me and the Dr said to go to the ER.

I went to the CityMD in Mineola the following morning and they didn’t need any special machinery to treat me for what I needed.

The receptionist in the front is completely rude and talks to you like your a child. Go else where! Also, her name is Jackie

Awful experience at this Urgent Care. I walked 25 minutes to this location on a bad toe and was greeted by a rude receptionist, Jackie. They wouldn't take me in because I'm 17, which is completely understandable. But what is unacceptable is Jackie's behavior. Once she realized I was young, she gave me an attitude. Not trying to help the situation at all, she only gave me the same answer every time, a harsh no. Even when she talked to my mother on the phone, Jackie said NO three times without offering any other guidance. Afterward, while I waited for my ride home, I heard all she was doing was playing games on her phone. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Do better.

Avoid this urgent care for PCR tests. It took 9 days to get a voicemail/12 days to get my result in the online portal, although they told me it would take around 3 days to get my results. They do not have an active phone number (you get an automatic message that does not lead to a live person), there is no email, and no response to a fax I sent (that was the only option to contact them besides showing up). In the online portal, the physician's assistant who administered the tests recorded incorrect notes that was the opposite of what I told her, either she wasn't listening or input her notes incorrectly. I have had to take these tests before, and she barely administered it compared to others. Overall, it seems like they are mismanaged and unprofessional. Most of the positive reviews for this place are dated and you're better off trying your luck elsewhere.

So I’m review is after a year of dealing with mostly the same people at this facility. My family comes in from out of town and they help us all get tested! The lines may be long but they do the best they can to give accurate answers. If you get there early you make the list and if you don’t than it’s try for tomorrow or later in the afternoon. They do their best to see everyone and everyone doesn’t always have the best attitude. I couldn’t do their job. Thank you for all that you do for our community!

Long wait (2.5hr) but able to get Covid test done when other places were booked up for the day

The staff were kind, polite & knowledgeable. I've been to a couple urgent care centers trying to get an Xray and they were great. From the front desk reps, to the nurse/xray tech, to Dr. Horowitz, all were amazing! I'll be back.

OMG, rudest staff ever, Svetlana totally needs to be fired, called up got put on hold for 5 minutes then they pick up and hang up right away.
I call back and Svetlana before I even get my whole question out she says call back after 3 and slams the phone down again.
Someone needs to take a look at this employee, Svetlana I’m sure is not her real name but you know who I’m talking about.

Atrocious place. They should be reported. Extremely rude front desk women. Waited in line for 2.5 hours only to be told after we got to the counter that they are not accepting anymore. Voiced our frustration but we were told that cops will be called if we didn’t leave. So much for this dump.

On the one hand, professionally run, they take the time to hear you out, the fast with test results, you feel like you’re dealing with competent people. Unlike a couple of other places I’ve been to for Covid testing. But I went first thing in the morning to get a Covid antibody and also send a PCR test; I had called in advance and asked questions. Turned out the antibody test is only to tell whether or not you have antibodies, it’s not the quantitative kind to see if you have enough. I wish they would’ve said that when I called. I decided to stay and get my same-day PCR test, and while I was perhaps the third person there, when they told me to stand in line and it was my turn, the people in the back started taking other people ahead of me, four in a row, including a couple of people complaining of fever and coughs. I was getting the test not due to symptoms but just to see if I could be around vulnerable people. But going there was a sure way to catch it from somebody else. Have they just taken me when it was my turn, I would’ve not had feared exposure. So I walked out after a half hour wait without getting the test. I like the professionalism of the place, but there are other places where I don’t feel like I’ll catch the virus by waiting, Or where I think they would take me in a more fair order

Do not go to pro Health Roslyn to get your COVID test! My daughter went there Tuesday morning to get tested because I tested positive. It is now Monday afternoon and we still don't have results. No one picks up the phones to answer any questions. When you get there, there are 3 woman by the front desk playing uno

Get in there 7pm and waiting till 7.30 and MD told me we are closing service today and back tommorrow. Understood and made a appointment next day morning and wait in the car outside about 40 mins to get calling in and check-in and wait another 30 mins. MD CHECKED 5 mins. This is joke. I understand covid -19 healthcare environment situation But it is too much. Better change name ‘Urgent care ‘to something else.

Available. Quick turnaround and clean! Staff was accommodating and attended to my daughter before her scheduled time!
