Optum Urgent Care - Jericho

Leila the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to me and my mother. I repeatedly asked her for help to which she ignored me. After three attempts, she reluctantly helped us. After we had finished the paperwork, she asked me to move away, saying she didn't like people standing in front of her? Absolutely disrespectful and rude receptionist. Her colleague was also rude. Both should be reprimanded or removed.

People who work in the front are very rude and most like not like there job doctors are nice but people front desk need to cheer up they don’t own that place if there a star lower then one I would do it

When we have visited here for emergencies the entire staff was amazing. I understand that covid has really thrown everyone for a loop but.my husband and I wanted to be tested for covid before traveling. We made appointments on line and were told to get her 15 minutes early.no problem. When we got here we were told it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait! Were told our appointment only guaranteed that we would GET the test, NOT a time. Seriously? The test takes 2 seconds. EXTREMELY disappointed in the usually great urgent care.

Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make me feel like they spent their time figuring out what is wrong and offering the best possible solution.

I went in quickly because I needed a bandaid for personal reasons, and AN URGENT CARE CENTER ACTUALLY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ONE UNLESS I SAW A DOCTOR! Goes to show how selfish and Carelessly they are. I would not recommend going here like why can’t you just give me a bandaid?

The check-in was very easy and the staff was helpful. We needed a COVID rapid test last minute and they were able to accommodate us and give us the nessary documentation.

The wait time was short, which we were able to determine by checking in ahead of time. Dr. Goldstein was thorough and deliberate, and helpful during our visit.

Was looking for Urgent Care that was opened late (after 8: 00pm) Found prohealth in Hicksville and absolutely loved it. The people were so kind and everything was clean and they were very quick. It was phenomenal and I highly recommend them. I have been to other prohealth locations I have nothing but positive experiences with everybody and everything I’ve ever done with them.

Have gone to ProHealth in Jericho a few times. Every time I was treated promptly and the staff is very professional.
Definitely recommend them over CityMd who misdiagnosed me when I had a case of influenza

This health care used to have better services. Now the the people working in that place is the worst l not recommend this clinic to no one. They will take you in check you out and say. Ok you need this and it doesn't work and call back for a question. They say you have to come in again because we need more of your money. Definitely not going in to this place.

Dr. Goldstein and all of the medical staff are excellent and professional. I booked the appointment and got in right away. Highly recommend ProHEALTH Urgent Care of Jericho.

All staff are courteous, professional and atmosphere is quite sterile. Far cleaner than public places. Check in process is simple either outside or in the air conditioned car. When they’re ready your notified swiftly. Doctors, nurses, and all associates please keep up the tremendous work you to daily preserve the vitality of our communities during these baffling times in our new decade.

This place is great. Truly caring, attentive, and professional health care. Super clean, welcoming and warm. Front desk people are very nice and helpful.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just couldn’t help writing this one. Last night I took my husband to Jericho urgent care and the girl name Vivian was so rude and refused to give my husband appointment. Location closes at 10pm and we were there 9: 35pm. She lied to us that there are 5 patients waiting but there was no body waiting in the waiting area. When I asked her she said people are waiting in the car. There was couple of cars parked but there was no one waiting in any of the cars. I was in Jericho location a week ago for myself and I know for a fact that they don’t make people wait in the car anymore. Not only Vivian lied and was rude she was very nasty spoken. I am very disappointed with the service.

Short wait time. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Doctors are very nice and helpful.

I made my appt.before hand online which was very easy to do. When I entered the building, I was greeted right away in a friendly manner and was taken to a room very quickly. The attending nurse asked questions then a nurse practitioner came in introduced herself and spent time with me in a non rushed manner. She then went over my case with the doctor on duty (tick bite). The office and waiting area was very clean and neat.

The nurse who attended to me was extremely kind, witty, and compassionate. I felt seen. The physician was also kind, professional, and helpful.
