Orange County Tattoo & Body Piercing Studio, Middletown NY

Came here for my first tattoo. Mag was the person who tattooed me and he did a beautiful job. Him and his wife were very sweet and explained everything to me so I would know how to properly take care of my new tattoo. Will definitely be coming back for more.

I am ashamed to say that after a year of living with a spotty tattoo that I have to leave a review like this. At Artistic Creations I met Nick Grand and had a pleasant relationship with him. After the shop split, when Nick left, I took a trip with a friend to their shop (Orange County Tattoo). Here I got my by far worst tattoo. I said nothing at the time hoping it will "heal to perfection" like I was told, yet it did not. This was 1 year ago today, since I have stopped communicating with Nick and I have since forgot about the experience (minus the terrible attempt at my creative idea and its permanent mark on my body). Tonight I got a DM on Instagram (where we used to communicate) saying "hahaha blocked". Humoring how I have not communicated or taken a step into their shop. Very mature and professional. Since I'm unable to give a 0 Star recommendation, the 1 star should do. Not only have they lost my business, they have lost every potential customer I could recommend.

Been getting ink by mag and Amanda for years. Unbelievably professional and knowledgeable beyond belief. Since discovering this shop and artists I haven’t been under a needle by anyone else and do not plan to be. Thank you guys for all you do and keep up the amazing, beautiful work!

So, I've been contemplating on leaving this review or not.but ENOUGH is ENOUGH! Don't go here! They take your deposit and act like its your responsibility to contact the shop to see if your art is done. The woman with the red hair that was "working" on my piece does terrible work. So this was a blessing in disguise. If you know what's best stay away from her. She's a SUPER MESSY person! The owner does great work, but not pleasant to talk to. I also find it beyond unprofessional to bash other customers in from off potential CLIENTS! I didn't have much of an encounter with the two younger staff members.therefore, i cant speak on them.

So if you want to give them free money, be talked about, and to see " F Biden" flags all over the shop. This is the place to go. NOTTTTT

Well I love this place, though I admit I may be a Lil biased, lol. Thanks for the reviews everyone, but as for any of the older ones from a few years ago, they do not reflect the studio now, we just can't get them removed. This is a completely different studio, new owner, new management, great vibes and great, clean work. Customer service and support is unmatched and the place is gorgeous. Definitely check it out for yourself. You will not be disappointed! Best in town!

I was very satisfied with the tattoo Nick did for my daughter. He was percise and took his time! He was very friendly and made us feel at home while we waitedfor her tattoo to get done! I was also, very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. I will definitely be back myself and spreading the word.

My 14-year-old son wanted to get his ears pierced, so we called the studio on the same day and had the pleasure of speaking with Amanda, the owner, and her husband. Would give this place a 0 but unfortunately im only permitted a 1. An establishment that permits this nasty behavior from their secretary someone who represents this Buisness image is so sad. The latina dark skinned frizzy haired human being was very nasty and cursing for no valid reason. So sad proper customer service etiquette is gone. Hope they teach this human being proper customer service.

Nick was so accommodating and gentle when I got my baby’s ears pierced. They really are the best I would definitely recommend them for baby ears piercing.

Absolutely love this team. Their new location so beautiful. It is extremely spacious and clean, their details and color flow is awesome! The atmosphere is so welcoming and not shady like other places I’ve been too. Most importantly it is family friendly where you can actually come get piercings with kids. I’ve had piercings and tattoos done and will continue going back. Highly recommend this location. Mag, Amanda and Nick rock!

Came in last week to have my industrial re-pierced. Nick was amazing. He walked me through the entire process, thoroughly explained every step, and consistently checked on me after the piercing to make sure I was okay. Made light jokes in between each step, which if you’re the type of person to get nervous is perfect! The shop was super clean, and the staff was beyond friendly/welcoming. They offer a six month “warranty” with their piercings- any problems, if you lose a piercing ball etc, you can come right back in and they’ll help you no questions asked. Pricing was more than fair. 10/10 recommend.

They are such nice and understanding people! I was pretty nervous going into the tattoo but as soon as I got there I had felt comfortable and relaxed. As well as the amazing support THEY HAVE AMAZING ART! The tattoo experience was great and Mag is an amazing artist and amazing with support especially if you need a break or even wanted some of his own ideas incorporated into the tattoo aswell. All in all this experience was SUPER AMAZING and I plan on coming back!

Mag is doing an incredible job for us. He's in the process of covering up 3 tattoos on me with a sleeve and a memorial for my girlfriend. They have the best crew and an awesome studio. This will be your last stop. More to come
