Orange Pediatric Associates, Middletown NY

Great doctors and staff that is very attentive and caring. We have been very pleased with Dr. Bochenek and Dr. Bancroft, and would highly recommended this practice!

Dr Brown was always my primary care doctor, i always had a great experience until I turned 18 and basically wanted nothing to do with. I had a severe stomach issue and was in between finding a new doctor and she was extremely abrupt and basically said she couldn’t help at all. I always thought she cared more but oh well. Dr Bancroft also called me obese when I was 5 pounds overweight and as a baby told my parents I was fine when in reality I had a rupture in my kidney and almost died if my parents didn’t listen to him. Don’t recommend.

They are amazing group of doctors, nurses and staff! All my children have been going there for over 19 years+ And still go with satisfaction with all the hard work! We love them️ Thank you all for taking good care of them. ️️️️️️️️

I am new in the area. I really like Dr. Bochenek. She listens and really took the time to get to know my children. My son is a teenager. He likes Dr. Bancroft. If anyone is looking for a pediatrician, I highly recommend Orange Pediatrics. They are great.

Dr. Bochenek is a great pediatrician. She has been the pediatrician to our 3 children for the past few years. She is very responsive and always available to help. We are so grateful to have found such a kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor.

Trying to get my new baby boy released from garnet medical but I can’t even scheduale a follow up for him in order to be released because “the office is closed”. How am I supposed to be released with no follow up? Website says open till 5 but it’s 12: 26 in the afternoon? This hospital and local medical services are slowly making this experience worse and worse.started out great but the attention to detail slowly deteriorated. Very disappointed.

We absolutely love Dr. Bochenek. She is easy to talk to and always listens to any questions or concerns we have and addresses them. I always recommend her and the practice if anyone is looking for a pediatrician.

We usually saw Dr. Bancroft whom I liked but we had a couple bad experiences where him and one other person were yelling at each other right outside our door. Left us feeling very uncomfortable so we went with someone a little more professional.

I’ve never waited less than 45mins in the waiting room. Ever. Once you get in exam room there is some additional wait time of course. Usually a more than a full hour after appointment time before we are seen by doc. Pretty sure they’d turn me away if I was over an hour late for the appointment. But they routinely run hr+ behind.
Care is fine but they need to work on their scheduling. If they cannot accommodate the patients, they shouldn’t book the appointments. Would be better off just going to urgent care.

Dr. Bancroft was so funny and very attentive. My boys loved their visit. We had no wait time and the staff are very friendly as well!

They are always available! You might need to wait a little but they are their when you need them! Great Staff and Doctors!

I've been taking my kids ever since we moved to OC fourteen years ago. We loved Dr. Yvonne she was always my kids favorite sadly she's retired now But Dr. Brown is wonderful as well. My kids love her.

Excellent doctors & great staff. My children and grandchildren feel like family when there.
