Orange & Rockland Utilities, Spring Valley NY

Worst utility company & worst customer service. They don't care about their customers & the hardships we are going through. We have been working things out with them but they keep sending termination notices to cut our electric.
Not sure how they are still a provider in most counties & why is there not another alternate provider for this county? How come nobody reads this and put a petition to shut down O&R and bring in better people friendly utility provider?

THIS IS THE WORST UTILITY COMPANY!
These people are taking advantage inspite of us telling them that we are doing our best to catch up to the money owned but they choose to ignore their customers hardships when mentioned to them, Increase rates & keep sending termination notices one after another. If there was an alternate provider then many would have left this A'Ho of a company!
How is O&R still doing business in most counties? They are corrupt & very rude people. They should be shut down or banned from doing business!

Worst utility company ever. I lived for 8 years in a literal war zone with intermittent rocket fire, and the power was more reliable. Every time it rains the power goes out for hours or days. Days! Once it was a week. And yet the cost is astronomical. A bill for a full house I own in PA is less than a quarter of the bill for a small apartment here. Come the revolution.

Gentlemen at customer service today was polite & informative,
a pleasurable exchange.

They don’t deserve their jobs. I found bill inconsistencies and manipulation of reads. Reported to NYS Public Service but they are also useless.

No email, slow phone service, always on hold for an extended period of time, people who do answer barely speak english and need everything spelled out for them (why not just let me fill out their forms for them?) and lastly they just fail across the board to perform inspections.

0/10 service, beyond slow and inept.
