I love Orchid Nails and Spa, the service is excellent and I would recommend all women and men to check them out.

This was my 2nd time there love my gel polish, and the girl is soooo fast was in and out in no time

I came in at 9: 30 am. I was looking for a salon open early since I have a newborn at home and have to do things on his schedule. So I popped in and told the lady what I would like. She asked me about 4 times if I wanted gel. I declined. She asked about 5 times if I wanted the dip system. I declined. She asked why. I said I’m on a budget. I asked for round acrylic over natural nails and just even out the shorter nails that had broken off. She applied tips to three to make them even and started to file. I asked her why my ring finger was shorter and If she could even it out. Instead of just doing it, she started catching an attitude with me while I’m very calm and asking if she’s going to be proud that my nails are uneven. So jerking my hands around she fixes it. Then I ask for all normal polish and was going to get my toenails repainted. She proceeded to file my nails into almond shape. I let it go to avoid them getting shorter. Then she paints the right hand and sticks it in the light. I then had to say normal nail polish not gel. I didn’t want anything else done. I just asked to pay for the work done and left. She proceeded to charge me $50. For this work. It was worth maybe $25. Minus the attitude. I wouldn’t advise people to come here. The salon isn’t clean she’s using used nail files and using dusting brushes that are even illegal in New York. Next time you attend a customer ask if they are licensed in cosmetology. If a person is willing to pay money for a service at least give them what they ask for. You don’t know how long it took to afford them the opportunity to come in.

Love this place. 1st time here and got a pedi. The staff are super nice and professional. The place is very clean and I love my pedi!

This is the worst experience I ever had at a nail place, I went there for a fill due to my old salon closing and the guy was hurting me the whole time and being so rough and making me bleed, he left cuts all over my fingers I even had to take ibuprofen for the next 3 days after. On top of that they charged me $65 for a FILL I never heard of that and it was basic short nails? I also had TWO nails break within a week never going back again. 0/10 do not recommend go to AK nails on main st so much nicer and better

There is no point of making an appointment here. They are disrespectful of their customers time. I made an appointment for 4 people for 6pm. At 6: 30 we were moved over to the pedicure and manicure chairs. At 6: 50 we still had not been serviced yet and decided to leave. I would much rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Clean, friendly and did an excellent job on my nails. Very pleased, will definitely be back again.

My first time here to use gift certificate until I was told oh that was old owner and wouldn't honor it! They were deader than a door nail, kicked back with their feet up on the desk. Steer clear

They are always quick and efficient. And they have a point system for rewards if you use cash to pay.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past 3 years & I’ve never been disappointed. The employees are very knowledgeable & friendly. They are quick but always do a great job which I personally love because I like to be in & out quickly. I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails because this is the only place where my nails actually last over 3 weeks! Anywhere else they break within days. They also recently started a reward system which is awesome!
