Never had any problems with bringing my clothes here. This place has been my dad's go to cleaners for years now, so they've been very consistent in quality dry cleaning. 10/10

This review is long overdue as I have been raving about this place since the first time I came through Organic Dry Cleaning doors last year. I’ve been a patron of Jeffery’s (owner) a few times now and each time he has provided excellent service. I am the type of customer to ask questions. I want to make sure that the person providing the service is knowledgeable. I was concerned about a stain on a white t-shirt and Jeffrey took the time to explain his cleaning methods for the shirt and even suggested some products I could use to clean it on my own. He also tailored some jeans and mended the strap of a silk top. Jeffery truly cares about delivering above satisfactory service to each and every one of his clients. I’ve since moved from Crown Heights to Bed-Stuy, but I will definitely make the trek back to Crown Heights. His customer service alone is more than worth it.

Horrible service. I paid to have four white shirts pressed and cleaned. I pick them up and when I get home I see the neck of one is still dirty? !? ! And two of the four shirts looked as wrinkled as they came in. I would NEVER NEVER EVER go here again.

Jeffery is so great. I’ve brought him a winter jacket, a leather jacket, and a dress. All of them were so well taken care of! I plan to be bringing him more in the very near future. I’m so happy to have a place where I can bring my dry cleaning that I can trust!

I have been using this establishment for over 30yrs. I now live in another borough and I will come all the way to bklyn where I'm born and raised to have my garments serviced. Great, wonderful service. I highly recommend Organic Paradise Cleaners.
