Adidas has failed to drop Kanye West at the time of this post and therefore going to this store you are supporting a company that is supporting hate.

I had an amazing experience here today after having a terrible experience at the 5th Avenue store. Adidas Originals, Spring Street for the win! Friendly, approachable, and helpful team members.

In this store I found a variety of designs and styles for all ages and tastes! New designs that will leave you enchanted (a) the wakanda collection is beautifull! Love the colors! It is a store that exceeds expectations! And excellent customer service! All the staff very friendly attentive and cordial! Congratulations!

The entire staff was helpful aswell as the doorman who was very polite and those on the floor. Brandon was very helpful with my return, which was done by within 2 minutes.the store was well organized and clean. I definitely recommend this location.

They have stock of all the great designs and then some.
The staff is so helpful and pleasant, especially Johnathan who taked a interest in the customers, knows the merchandise and gives good advise toward sizes etc.

Just trying to buy some sneakers and I have to hear the workers preach their political beliefs.

Friendly and helpful staff dispute they store being busy. The only problem was the fitting rooms, there were no hooks, the lighting was horrible, and there was not returns rack. The person before me left so many things on the doorknob that I had no where to put my things. Clothing and shoe wise, they had a good selection

The building itself is fun and they seem to keep everything pretty well stocked at this location. The staff was a little stand-offish, but not outright unpleasant. If you like Adidas its worth shopping at.

Worst customer service ever! A tattoo guy was extremely rude. He yelled at me that I can't try on those pair of nmd sneakers like i am his daughter! Come on man. I'm a customer! And my friend heard he told his co-worker that DO NOT sell anything for me if I asked for it! Terrible terrible terrible terrible!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. The cashier didn’t even look at me or speak to me when she was serving me, huffed and puffed when she was asked to serve me even though she was already behind the till and chatted to her colleague as if I wasn’t even there. I went specifically to this store to buy a momento of my trip to NYC and wish I hadn’t bothered. I have never encountered such rude customer service especially not in America.

The store was clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I'd come in for some pieces from a collaboration and I was able to see and get exactly what I wanted.

Waste of a time store very rude people oh and they have a phone number listed for no reason at all no one even answers so dont even waste your time

At this location you will find workers malingering around the store, talk among themselves then disappear and never come back.
You will be ignored and left to die. Go to the midtown location.

Bomb service! They welcomed me with big arms when I mentioned I was a employee! Dell went above and beyond bringin out shoes, the lady in apparel grabbed a bag for us and Collin and Adonis were fire as well. Def my best experience in a nyc Adidas store
