Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group, Rockville Centre NY

This is by far the worst run medical facility. It's more of an assembly line where they move you along the line and nothing gets done. I visited Dr. Faust on Oct. 20 for extreme back pain, he ordered an MRI. No one ever called me with the results. I called several times with no results, finally I was told I need to make another appointment. I had another appointment on Dec. 15, Dr. Faust looked at me and said you need physical therapy and sent me to the other end of the office for them to tell me that the prescription will be sent to me. All this time I am in tremendous pain and I'm consistently getting the run around. There was absolutely no reason for me to see Dr. Faust a second time for him to say.walk to the end of the hall and they will give you a prescription. Nevertheless, I never received the prescription even though I called several times. When I finally got a response I was told that the prescription was now expired and I would need to see Dr. Faust again. I refused to, and was told they will speak to the doctor to see if I can get a new one. I finally received a voicemail from Michelle two weeks later telling me that my new prescription was ready. I called her back less that 1 min after she called and I was unable to reach her. I have since left several messages, I also tried speaking to other departments in the office for assistance. Amanda was extremely rude, every time I tried to ask her not to transfer me because I've been leaving messages for months, she would cut me off and transfer me anyway. She kept talking over me and dismissing what I had to say. To date March 16 I still cannot get my prescription. I called today and was told by Michelle that my second prescription was also now expired and I would need to make an appointment to see the doctor again. This is the most unprofessional and unethical office that I have ever dealt with, and would advise against ever considering them.

Online and Cohen is ALWAYS a pleasant experience. I've never had a problem changing my aplointment or getting an expedited appointment when my health requires that level of care.
My physician Dr Fisch is EXCEOTIONAL. ALWAYS patient, kind and thorough with explanations and possible recommendations or solutions to my health care needs.
I especially appreciate the extra caution and sensitivity during this season of COVID and all the uncertainties its bringing our way

By far one of the best in Valley Stream. The Young ladies that deal with running the front counter and office are extremely friendly and they have a great sense of humor. But more importantly the customer service is wonderful from start to finish. They are the only place that I will deal with to get my glasses and exams. I highly recommend them to anyone who wears glasses.

This place is simply put a “money grab” initiative
I had Dr. Vekaria who was adequate at best with “ no bedside manner” no followup and typically a staff to match.find another Dr and forget Orlin & Cohen
It’s almost a year since my surgery and I’m still not right thanks to them. I did all they asked including 15 sessions of physio. I think they simply don’t care

This place is GREAT! Doctors are excellent! Easy to get a quick appt. Plenty of parking available.

Everyone was so kind and very professional. The wait time eas no more then 15 minutes. The dr was great and he took his time to explain everything to me.

This is a great place if you have anything Orthopedic. The doctors are class A. I'm a patient of Dr. Faust for about 2 years now. Hes the greatest for back problems Excellent Surgeon. He fixed me up very nice. I'm so grateful I really am. Thank you so much. The Rockville Centre office

Dr. Goldstein was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. One of my best doctor visits.

People like to complain about the wait time at every Dr's office. This should never be the case because this level of care is priceless. I'm very happy with the level of care that I have received by Dr Fisch he always takes the time to answers all of my concerns even though time is very valuable.the staff members that are working here are top notch good people I hope nothing will change in the future. I highly recommend for your care.

I had a great experience at the Rockville Centre office. First off the office is BEAUTIFUL, RECENTLY RENOVATED/ UPDATED & CLEAN. My wait time was minimal and medical service was professional. Dr. M was very nice. He listened to my complaints and took his time to explain my treatment plan and answer any questions. During checkout, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gladys who was very professional and pleasant. I was very pleased with the administrative and medical staff.

My doctor is recently partnered with this group. My first experience at the New Woodbury office was awful! I had never waited more than 15 minutes for him in his former office, but after arriving promptly @ 11: 30 for my appointment, I was still waiting at 1: 10. I got my co-payment back and a form to fill out to get my records transferred. I should bill them for my gas & time. Terrible!

My surgeon had been with a different group and then joined this one. I waited an obscene amount of to me for my appointment, all while in severe pain, and there was barely enough seating for everyone who was waiting!
Said good bye to this doctor after this experience!

I read all the reviews about the long wait time and was concerned. My experience was very, very different. I was in and out in less than an hour and that was with getting an xray. Everyone there from the front desk to the nurse to the PA, the doctor and the exiting woman was nothing but nice, warm and caring. Highly recommend the rockville center office.

I wish i would have read the reviews before i went there. I will not be going back. I wasent happy with the Dr nor the staff.
