Well I'm very happy to have my doctor: Rana and his team, I'm for sure my Goal send me doctor Rana my surgeon doctor, I don't want others than him to make my spine cervical surgery.

I was dreading the appointment: with a past doctor, the procedure was painful. But dr Reizner made everything so easy. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as last time, over very quickly, and a good result.

Dr Rana and his staff are truly amazing. He is considerate, caring and willing to spend all the time he can explaining anything you don’t understand as well as explaining any and all films he takes/needs. And his bedside manner is off the charts!

Natalie didn’t seem very knowledgeable about my insurance although I was told they accept my plan. Firstly she asked for the wrong co-pay. After I paid it I did question it. She had to give me a refund and then put in the correct amount. Secondly she said I needed a referral. I said No, my insurance doesn’t require me to submit one. Again, she looked it up and said I was right.
Then another incident happened. She scheduled me with another Dr in the practice at the Riverhead office, which is where I live. Then a few days ago someone called to tell me No, I need to go to Southhampton to see this Dr. She will have no appointments in Riverhead for a while. I consider three mistakes too much for someone being the face of a medical office. Add that to the fact whenever I call there is at least a ten minute wait while I am put on hold, sometimes more than that.

Clean bright office, with friendly staff. Dr Densen is very pleasant, thorough and most importantly, knowledgeable.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff making an appointment. And the doctor was just amazing. Thank you again for seeing me.

Dr Rana, his assistant Lauren his other doctor always with him during visits are amazing and the office staff are amazing thank you for caring for us the patients

Seem to be a confused staff. Don't trust them with your insurance will probably charge you. Seen it happen to a customer in front of me. They then try to make me sign a consent to pay medical bills. Bad experience. Will easily find another orthopedic.

I've had very good experiences across the board with this group. Everything is explained very clearly along with all the treatment options. The physical therapy department is excellent

Although the doctor had a big smile behind his mask. He took a X-ray and basically told me I don’t have arthritis and made no suggestions as to why my feet and ankles are swollen. He may be a good doctor but I was not pleased. First bad experience as all your physicians are terrific.

Went to Riverhead location Very short wait times, staff is very helpful and friendly Dr Rana is great as well as Chris NP

Dr. Rana took the time to explain his findings and set up my follow up to discuss additional testing. Staff was courteous and efficient
