I was going to OSWP for a little over 2 years i was actually sad my braces came off (i know weird LOL) but i guess after wearing them for so long i got use to them it was never a dull moment going there my experience was great the problem i had with my teeth got fixed Dr Tina, Tara, Ivy, girl with the freckles haha everyone played a part in getting my teeth fixed (THANK YOU) over all i had a great experience i recommend!:)

Joselyn is very good and she is bilingual and she does a good job the ladies at the front are very good

I really do not recommend that you come here, they are a scam, they treat you well only when you are a new client. They are only interested in your money and in making false promotion with discounts that they don't even give you. My mistake was not to investigate first I have seen many bad details in my brackets. Last week I went to my regular checkup and when I got home a bracket fell off, I didn't eat I didn't make any effort and what the lady told me was come back again but if you don't want to come back it's okay it won't hurt and It won't affect anything, I went back and they put it back, but I investigated and of course it does give you pain and it affects the treatment. About 3 weeks ago I also called and Mrs. TARA treated me badly, she yelled at me and was super arrogant with me, I complained and she is the manager. People, don't go with them, I still have 2 years left and I've only been there for 2 months and they don't do a terrible job at what they do.don't spend money here

Staff was very helpful, especially Osiris Nunez. Was clean, and the music was relaxing while waiting!

The staffs are very professional, friendly and kind. The wait time for your schedule appointment is spot on, no long wait and even for your emergency visit they are very timely. I can recommend this office to anyone who needs to get braces.

Everyone is kinda, respectful and welcoming. Excellent service. Osiris was very kind throughout the entire process.

I have been coming here since I was 11 & I always have a good professional experience. The people at the front desk are very understanding & try to make your appointment fit in your schedule. I come back time to time for new retainers & I have a life time plan for retainers which mean I can get new retainers just for $50 each, best decision i had made.

This facility is quiet, clean and very accommodating. I had an appointment at 3: 30pm, but something came up and asked to be seen earlier. I got an 11: 40am appointment day of and the appointment was very quick! Their staff listens to your every need. Love this place. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional clowns waste of time. Took months to get back with a price. When asked about other options they told me to call my dental insurance. Called to verify price not to long ago. I believe her name Christina but whoever handles the insurance was supposed to call me back with a price never did. For all the money they charge I shouldn’t have to do anything but pay. Either they making so much money they don’t care. Or they will be going out of business soon cause they don’t follow up. Either way never again!
