My mother has severe arm pain and was seen by the PA, Matt. She was given an X-ray, told she has tendinitis and told to return in 6 weeks. No pain medications were suggested. No arm movement abilities were tested. We ended up going to her PCP, who was more knowledgeable than the orthopedic PA. He gave her all kinds of suggestions for relief of pain at home, instructed her on meds, gave her arm mobility testing, gave her a definite diagnosis, and told her if not better then come back next week. Not 6 weeks with a sheet of exercises she can’t do! The PA was abrupt, cold, in a hurry, uncaring, and was no help at all.

This place is a joke, I warn you DO NOT go to this place. Worst service I have ever had in my life. They care zero about you or your problems.

Dr. Posnik did extensive shoulder repair ony left shoulder and collar bone, plus ligament and bicep repair. The experience was all I could have wanted. He is an amazing doctor.

We try our best to give helpful service to those in need, unfortunately we can't always help with everything. Many people that call are rude and make the phone staff try to do things they have no clearance to do. They are not allowed to give medical advice, nor can they schedule you with a doctor that has said they cannot help you or will not see you. People have to understand that they are humans too and being yelled at constantly for things that are out of their control can take it's toll on them. We try to immediately help anyone when our phones ring, but we will finish taking care of the prior patient first. Please be understanding of our staff.

The two stars I did give all go to Dr. Stefanich, who has been super friendly. The three I didn't give are due to a front end staff who are as welcoming as a spike strip in an entry door. When you finally do get one of them on the phone, they'll ask you how they can help you, cut you off mid-sentence to ask your DOB, then cut you off without hesitation yet again to presume to know why you're calling. Two words, front-end staff: SOFT. SKILLS. You need to learn them, because you have none. I work for Rochester Regional Health, myself, and I'm sad these people have influence over the reputation of my employer.

Spent over 10 minutes on a waiting line that stated I was next to speak to someone. 12: 01p hit on my clock and someone picked up the line and then hung the line up.
I realize that this is the typical lunch hour for a lot of 9-5 businesses, but as a CSR working in reception, that is not proper phone etiquette for someone that called prior to your lunch hour.
It does not matter how well you do business when your intake employees do not know how to conduct a phone line. Your business begins at reception.you may want to work on that.

I saw DR. BIEHL today and he was very nice. The issue wasn’t with him but the one receptionist is extremely rude. They gave me a referral to see another dr with all the contact info which happened to be the same number as this office and I told her that and she acted like it was my fault. Only giving it 3 starts because I liked the dr I saw

Dr Stefanich was in the room with me for about 2 min. No physical exam at all. Told me to c o me back in 6 months after telling me x ray showed hip arthritis which i already knew. Wouldn't show me the xray and ignored my complaint of pain just said see you in 6 months. I will never go back there.

Dr. Stefanich is compassionate, thorough and very knowledgeable.
His PA David Paniccia was today RUDE, IMPERSONAL, RUSHED, UNKIND, CONDESCENDING, & UNPROFESSIONAL.
I am an RN - I would NEVER treat a patient the way I was treated today!
This Ortho group should really invest in a caring and more professional PA.

First visit in pain in hand. They took X-ray told me what needed to be done and then told me I have to make another appointment to have the injection treatment that was three weeks later. They said they can only do one thing at a time. I was in pain and the could fix it but wouldn’t for three more weeks! Then they wanted me to come back Separately for each part of my body that Needed arthritis help. That’s two visits per item and then a third to close on it! What that’s crazy!

I am being generous by giving this practice 1 star. The rudest most unconcerned staff I have ever encountered. They constantly change your appointments right up to the day before your scheduled procedure, then you will have wait at least a month or more to reschedule. Dr. Little is great as well as his PA. The 2 place holders at the receptionist desk need to find employment elsewhere, horrible phone etiquette and even worse in person.
