Great selection of appliances! Only issue I have is that I've bought 2 appliances, and even though I wanted to take them home, sales associate talked my wife & I into letting them deliver. That decision should be 100% on the buyer

During the time of pandemic when appliances are “impossible” to find, Orville’s
Had a new Bosch dishwasher installed in three days.
Unlike other local stores they gave me no hassles with the installation (Bosch has different attachments than other brands). There were minor communication issues, but who cares, we got the appliance!

Staff is very knowledgeable and patient. They treat you right. Store carries top quality brands and has most everything on display. Prices are as low as you'll be able to find. We bought washer, dryer and microwave and would definitely go back if we needed something else.
Also, delivery guys, though not Orville employees- - -only subcontractors, were very helpful, conscientious and courteous.

Joey Riddle took plenty of time with us explaining the different features on dishwashers we were looking at and helped us make an educated decision. Friendly, hometown service from a knowledgeable staff. Thanks, Joey!

Very good selection of refrigerators, very nice staff. Thank you, Jen, for your help. No trouble to order. Still waiting for item and delivery, so I can't comment on completion of transaction.

Wonderful! No tacky salesman, big box or cold electronics store vibe. Felt like you were walking in to a local family owned appliance store but it's back by a serious team of delivery, service and tech. Specialist. The salesman's asked what I was looking for then made some suggestions based on my needs no pushing for brands he will get commission on, no pushing to buy a microwave to go with that washer Delivery service was amazing especially compared to the last place I used. You can tell when someone really knows what they are doing when you have experienced someone that really doesn't. Friendly, on time, no damages to walls or doors, explained how to start the 1st cycle due being on the truck and registration process! Great experience.

Loved the experience. So much easier and a better experience than any of the big box stores. Fair, knowledgeable, wonderful customer service. And best of all the refrigerator we chose was available for delivery in less than 24 hours!

After install the next day. Can't say enough good things about these guys. A 2-hour delivery time window was appreciated. A tricky install was on time and expertly done. In this day and age of short supply it was impressive what oroville's had on hand and available for delivery within a day or two! Five stars!

Very poor customer service. Incredibly long story short, my $3,700 refrigerator with an approximate $200 five year warranty came damaged and they wanted to charge me $200 to fix it. Jason, the manager told me he was, “already sticking his neck out to replace the door” for me and there was nothing else he could do. He also told me there was a 30 day warranty and I was within that. Jason didn’t “stick his neck out” for me at all. He also was unable to give me a tracking number or confirmation number for the new part. I called Orvilles service department myself and they stated, “well people usually contact the manufacturer for the first year for problems, not us. ” So I contacted Samsung and they told me I have a 60 day cosmetic warranty and they are shipping out a new door sooner than Orvilles will and sending someone to fix it with no cost. Yes, I should have contacted Samsung directly right away, but Jason said there was nothing else he could do and didn’t direct me to a better option. Not to mention, it took Orvilles several days to even get back to be in the first place. Advice? Purchase directly from manufacturers websites and use Orvilles to LOOK ONLY!

I purchased a new stove from Orvilles (Webster, NY) and had it delivered on 12/22/20. The stove was making a very loud grinding sound the first time I turned it on. The installer did not cycle the stove on during the installation visit because he said it was too cold and could crack the glass. I called Orvilles the next day and they said "sorry, there is nothing we can do, you'll have to call the manufacturer. " I called the manufacturer, and they said "because it is within 24 hours of install, it is the responsibility of the Orvilles to handle the problem".

The manufacturer put a service request into Orvilles to have them service the stove. I called Orvilles to set up an appointment for the service visit. They said "sorry, we will not help you, but instead recommend another company that can service the stove". Keep in mind, Orvilles does have a service department, but they refused to handle it on their end and instead wanted to involve a 3rd party to service it. They did not want to deal with a warranty claim because they lose money on the call.

I called and set up the service visit with County Wide Appliance (the 3rd party vendor). The first visit was on 1/4/21. The technician diagnosed the problem as a failed convection fan motor that was caused by a bad installation. The part was ordered and not installed until 1/12/21. While we were waiting for the part to arrive, the stove intermittently shutoff during the bake cycle. We thought maybe it was an anomaly so we ignored it. Since the installation of the new confection fan motor, the stove has shut off during the bake cycle 5-7 times. Power was not lost or intermittent at this time. I called Orville's and they said "it's not our problem, it's either County Wide's problem or the manufacturer". They would not assist in any way shape or form.

I then called County Wide appliance and they said they could order a control board as it is most likely the problem. However, there is concern that because of the failed control board, it could have damaged other components causing wear on their life cycle or cause future safety concerns. With that said, we purchased a new stove and feel that the stove should be replaced in entirety. We feel it is a lemon because 2 parts have failed and who knows how much damage this has caused to other parts. We fear this is an unsafe appliance. Also, it's possible the installer (Orvilles) may have damaged the stove during transit/installation which is why the convection fan motor and control board have failed. In which case, it's not the manufacturers fault, but Orvilles.

The installer should be held accountable for this damaged, unsafe oven. We paid for a new stove and feel as though we should receive a new one (not a broken one with lower quality after market parts.). I've left two voicemails with the service manager and they have still not called me back. It has been almost 2 months since we have purchased a new stove and still have no resolution.

I called Orville's to buy a refrigerator. Gave the gentleman my measurements. Told me he would call me back later that day. It's been 4 days and no phone call. Not impressed

I will never ever buy anything or tell anyone to use this terrible company. I ordered a dryer which I gave them the model number of my washing machine and told them to order me the matching dryer. Two times they delivered the wrong dryer and this second time they won’t return it u less I pay a 50 restocking fee which would cost me 490 to return a dryer I didn’t order. They are terrible! Will take ur money ans then want nothing to do with u.

I purchased a $1,000 dishwasher from Orvilles, Webster, NY in Sept 2020. The dishwasher broke in less than 2 months. I called Orvilles and they basically said it was not their problem and could not help me and to call the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and set up a service appointment. The technician came out and reported that the motherboard and power supply needed to be replaced but it does not come in stainless steel. I called the Webster store and they took my name and number. I later got a call from an Orvilles in Buffalo, NY, who wanted to send an Orvilles technician to “verify”. I called Orvilles and spoke to the manager Jason and reported this issue who basically told me it’s not his problem. Jason was rude and condescending. Jason hung up on me. Orvilles took my money and ran. Do not do business with Orvilles, there are much better options in Rochester, NY.

Horrible customer service, Webster, NY store. Spent a thousand dollars on a stove and they wouldn't hook it up when they arrived. Apparently it was a code issue that I did not know would stop a paid for hookup service, non refundable as well. Another unknown fact to me. The delivery guys told me when I got it fixed to call Orville's. I hired someone to hook it up and still have problems but Orville's blew me off to the manufacturer on a 28 old day stove. When I got upset with my salesman who was the very condescending and rude Jason, he hung up on me, He stated he didn't care if we didn't buy anymore products from them because they have other people that will. After sale service isn't important to them at all. Very rude and snotty and unwilling to stand behind their products.
