Absolutely love coming here, all the workers are extremely informative and helpful I always leave feeling rejuvenated and enlightened about my body! Big shout out to Emily and Robby they make every session fun and exciting can’t wait for my next one!

My experience with Osteostrong was very pleasant. Great staff that are all very nice and helpful, as well as being knowledgeable and professional in helping you achieve a better you. The atmosphere is very calming and unintimidating (as sometimes these types of settings can be) and very clean! I enjoyed my time at Osteostrong!

Osteostrong place at 22 E 21st Street, Flatiron NYC is a wonderful place with a proved alternative to treating the osteoporosis especially for those with side effects following osteoporosis medication such as Alendronate. The Osteostrong team at the Ironbound location is amazing. They explained everything in detail and are with you every step of the way in helping you to obtain the best outcome from your training. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The ancillary services like the intermittent compression boots are great to have available.

Love it! Can’t wait to see what my bone density is next year at this time. This is for my long-term bone health as I age. I am approaching 50 & I found out last year that I have Osteopenia. I need to build back my bone density. I don’t want to be a frail & brittle-boned old lady who breaks a hip at the slightest fall.

I had been going to Osteostrong Flatiron, Sarah, Emily & everybody working there are really very helpful, friendly atmosphere & most importantly the Spectrum for my bone density had improved, in-flared light had help my inflammation & use it on my face which produces collagen now I feel my face more youthful & smoother, pain in my ankle also is lessened, the bio charger cures my arthritis. There's lot of activities like posture stretching class once a week, which keeps me walking straighter. It improves your health & living longer a life happily.
