Handicap accessible trails with a tower for Bird watching. Ramp access to lower part of tower. Well worth walking or jogging!

Fun, explorable trail with beautiful scenes. The trail lays close to buildings in Alex Bay, and produces a bit of surprise. This preserve is amongst the most idealistic of New York's natural surroundings. Enjoyable, low inclines, surrounded by farms, rivers, and a Today's village.

I loved walking this trail. Going up the hills is tough but it's good exercise. We seen big perch in the water swimming. The kids like going up on the overlook.

A good place for easy short hikes. Bring bug spray! We started the hike from Bridge trail and finished from Observation Tower. Can enjoy the nature and get some exercise.

Pretty area. Need better trail signs posted, and maps would be nice so you know which why is back to the car.

Nice hike on well maintained trails. The map at the enterance is easy to understand and there are nice lake views. I am a plant nerd so enjoyed the diversity there. Overall nice scenic trails. The cattail loop could be improved but still give this 5 stars.

A treasure! The trails were well maintained and wide enough to social distance when passing the one man and dog we met up with.
We brought my 3 and 5 year old grandchildren who loved seeing the golden winged warblers, wild flowers a bunny and climbing the observation tower.

Going back to walk to the bridge trail and kayak landing area to check out that trail. Picking a cool windy day as we had no peaty bugs at all.

Nice and well maintained large trails with a view at the end of each loop. Perfect to walk your doggy!
