This was a horrible experience. After spending hundreds of dollars with this company on t-shirts for my nonprofit organization, I was ready to place another order. My second order included several hundred dollars worth of Adidas sweatshirts with our logo, and vehicle decals & magnets for our new truck. Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don’t do mock-ups or assist with any at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard. I have worked with printing companies in marketing nationwide for over 15 years. This is awful customer service! You can absolutely find a company that will treat you and your business better.
I really appreciate all the help Devin and Nicole provided when I was working on a project to create bookmarks. They did a great job supplying samples, answering my questions, and even resolving an issue created by the shipping company! Super responsive and attentive to their customers!
