Outback Steakhouse reviews
15 I've been to Outbacks quite a few times. I haven't been there lately because I've been sick. As a result I am on a liquid diet. The waiter was very nice and helpful going out of his way to make dishes that I could eat. I don't eat out much because of my condition but I would go back to Outbacks because they made me feel comfortable asking for special items not on the menu.
My family said their meals were very good
I don't like meat, so I tried seafood and salads. But meat lovers will definitely like their steaks
Terrible food and terrible service. Avoid this place if u seek the nice place to celebrate or just to spend a quality time. It will ruin your day. The wait time for the appetizer is hour and a half, the food came cold and the taste was disappointing.
Curbside in theory, waited an hour before going in to check only to find out it was waiting for pickup then the order was wrong.
Ordered curbside and was waiting in the spot for a while.two waitresses inside kept staring at our car and didn’t bring the food out.we had to go inside to ask for it and then they gave it to us.why is there curbside if they aren’t going to bother bringing it out when they clearly see the car
Food was a bit salty. Also felt like our party was the forgotten child. Got our bread before we even got our utensils. The service felt out of sync.
The food was great and the service was alright. The reason I gave a four star and not a five star, the said was icey cold. The sald was in the refrigerator too long and had frost on it. Everything else was great like my Ribeye, bake potatoe and broccoli. Foid was really good and my family loved it compared to the other outback restaurants I've been to.
Literally spent a total of $180 and change tipped to make it an even $200 I'm missing about $20-30 of food.how, just how.the 'loaded' potato was plain at this point I'm surprised it was even hot and absolutely no utensils what so ever.
I took a picture of this delicious boomerang flight of drinks but the food wasn't bad either. Wonderful experience service was amazing (we the Sprite ain't right family) thank you for your patience with our daughter. Will definitely be back
The bonuses for an extra $20 for the gift card is only for on line. It will be better if they can have it in person.
This place will never change. I can honestly say that out of the dozens of times I have been to this location or eaten from here, i have just one time where the food was good, the order was right, and the service was good. Every other time the food was subpar, wait times even in an uncrowded restaurant due to bad service (pre pandemic days as well), or orders coming back wrong. My most recent example, and now my last, was a takeout order I placed and picked up on Saturday. First off I had a minor encounter with the girl when I went to pick up the order. On the app it asks for your car's make, model, and color. I drove up to and parked in the reserved space for curbside takeaway. I had noticed the car next to me was also waiting but the passenger went inside to get it. That prompted me to go in and inquire about my order. The girl let me know it wasnt ready and would take an additional 5 mins. Thats fine but I simply asked if Im to wait in my car or do I come in and get it. She said well I cant bring it to your car if its not ready now can I? Both me and another customer looked at each other in puzzlement and he even interjected and said thats not what he asked. I should have known right there I was in for a bad experience. She brought my food out not even 2 mins later and I took it home. My gf's filet was ordered to be medium well, it was rare. She asked for loaded mashed potatoes, got no bacon. But the real blow came with the Bloomin Onion. Whomever cooked it decided they were going to fry it WITH THE PEEL ON IT! The whole thing was inedible and the texture of fried onion peel is that of plastic! I called up to complain and got a manager, Kim. Her solution was to send me a coupon for a free Bloomin' Onion. Not to just simply credit me for the bloomin onion like a normal situation calls for, a coupon mailed to me to order another Bloomin Onion to which honestly I dont think I can ever eat after experiencing what I did on Sat night. It was disgusting! I dont care about the coupon nor a refund at this point. That actually wasnt my intent. But other customers, possibly future customers should know that this location's service is horrible and if one time out of dozens you can expect a good meal, right order, or good service, I wouldnt take those odds.
Loved the new smoked old fashioned! Delicious! And I love all their cocktails! And I’m surprised service has been much faster/efficient since restaurants have fully reopened. Generally, I’ve been served by staff that’s super friendly & food is good. I eat & go, just the way I like it. My picture is good proof of how outback has really stepped up its game.
They never do any of the promo from email that get send out like the specials yet that mail tells you to go to that restaurant
My friend and I came for lunch today and our waitress, Anna is professional and patient. Our food came out good and I feel safe cause they kept the place sanitize. This is first time dine in ever since pandemic started. I will return.
Service was extremely friendly and the food tasted great. The kitchen was a little bit slow, but management made it right.
