Outback Steakhouse, Amherst NY

Seated at 615.715 still no meals.my salad was chunks of the core.ewww. Told us they'd bring us bread, 30 minutes later still no bread. Haven't even seem our waiter in over 20 minutes.smh

Bad experience from start to finish. The only positive was the waitress.
Onion came burnt. They gave me mushrooms with my meal which I specifically said I was allergic to and wanted onions.
Prime rib was so tough I couldn't eat it. Ribs seemed old and dry.
Definitely will not return ever.

All the staff very friendly. Explained how busy the kitchen was (New Years Eve) and apologized ahead of time if it took a while for our food. Only took a bit longer than normal, everything was excellent. Only bad thing, they didn't space us out as much as I'd have liked. And the people behind us had a "baby" stroller, which held a small dog. Apparently a service dog; not used to seeing a Yorkie service dog.

Was not the typical Outback experience. Server was great. Potatoes in clam chowder were under cooked. Carrots in the vegetable medley were undercooked. Could not cut with fork. I use the baseball rule in visiting establishments. 3 strikes your out. This was strike 1. Everyone/Place has a bad day. Maybe this day was theirs

Incredible place right from the beginning, extremely nice host wearing a Gucci belt made us laugh all the way to our table super friendly, food was delicious the Bloomin onion was just as good as always. Overall excellent experience will definitely bring the family again!

Very disappointed, ordered blooming onion, soup, salad and steak/shrimp dinner, server brought out everything at once not in stages. I asked the waitress (Nina) if she was in a hurry tonight and she said “don’t kill the waitress it’s the cook’s fault” (I call bull **** on that) Ordered steak done medium came out red/ cold center. Very bad experience, won’t be back

We used the call ahead feature and showed up on time only to be told they did not have our party registered. We ended up waiting.: (

Did was delicious. Had too make a reservation. They were out of many things I wanted but I was easily able to substitute another favorite.

We got takeout here last night. The blooming onion was over cooked & cold, dried out. My pork chop was not a chop but a few dried out pieces of cut up pork. I was very disappointed

Yesterday me and my best friend and her kids walked in. The girl said how many I said 5 She goes would you like to go to the high table mind you that’s the bar I have kids with me You cannot sit at the bar with kids. We looked at each other and said why would we sit there we have children. Then she goes fine we will sit you somewhere else with a attitude. We go no need for the attitude we just don’t want to sit at the bar with children. They sit us down They ask us what would you like to drink We said our drinks Then she goes all adult cups. Now you see that our kids are little 5 and 6. I go no why would they get adult drinks. Then it was a while that we didn’t get our drinks The manager comes over and says In front of my our children did you call my staff a stupid bitch We we’re lost he said well you have to leave the restaurant. I will never go back to this place again very rude unbelievable

Pleasantly surprised to have enjoyed dinner but some of the good was bland (beef dip). But the bloomin' onion, macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders and fries were all quite good.
The lavender lemonade was delicious.
Service was great.

All 5 of these stars are for Phil B our server tonight! Best service we've had in ages. The steak was cooked perfectly and the onion was blooming. But Phil stole the show

This was the best time at outback.the reason was our waiter Chad was so attentive and pleasant. The food was great also.

Steak is terrible quality. However the new outback fried chicken is good with the blooming onion batter. Probably will not return, every time I go there it's only getting worse

The food we did get was good. The wait staff was great. BUT they messed up 3 things and there were only 2 in my party. We didn't get the appetizer we ordered. We ordered 1 dish with veggies instead of rice but they still put the fish on top of rice. The other dish was ordered med well and it came med rare.

Customer Service here are excellent. Host, Server, and manager seems to strives for greatness. I had a dinner date on Friday night. Her food came out amazing, but my steak didn't. I asked for rare, I got well done steak. Server didn't hesitate to ask and solve the problem. About 20 minute after she came back and ask if we would like to bring the well done steak home, it was a kind gesture but we refused. I just wanted my rare steak. 10 minutes past, she came back apologizing for the delayed time. They had burned the second steak in the kitchen, and the manager would personally fix it. Which he did, he came out and bring the steak with perfect rare. It happens, mistake happens. It's not a big deal, but how they're fixing the problem and being honest about it. That's important. Thank you, for all the staffs here. We definitely still be coming here, there's bad day, and there's good days.

Came in for lunch today and they are sitting people so close its like being in a sardine can.it's not busy either.making my PTSD act up
