9I needed a soft back bound carpet in a pinch and they had a large selection and were very easy to work with.
We moved into our home in 2016 and did whole house carpeting and hardwood flooring. Great price and John was the most personable person to deal with. 2024 today we were back to get a large area rug and also change color of a carpeted area, John remembered us and all details from 2016 and again got us what we needed at a great price. It’s nice to be treated like a customer AND get great pricing too!

Getting new floors is stressful and his crew managed my whole house well and with respect. We are very happy with everything.
We used Outlet carpet for a stair runner and had a bound rug for the landing made. Price was very competitive, even for a special order carpet. The runner came out perfect but the rug for the landing was cut too small. I let John the manager know that I wasn't happy with it. He came out personally to remeasure and ordered more carpet to remake it. Then he followed up with a phone call to make sure we were happy. Excellent customer service!

We have previously used them to put new carpets in my mom's house and it was a wonderful experience. The installer was great! I have also recently purchased flooring from them and will be going back for my bedroom floor shortly. Wonderful business, wonderful staff!
