Great job. Called to announce arrival time. They determined my 'seals' did Not need replacing and did adust the pressure of the door only. So, the priced they quoted me was much less. Very efficient job

They came right out to get the door open to get the car out of the garage. Then they came back within the week and repaired the broken spring. Very nice people!

Accidentally damaged 2 panels on my 12 ft garage door. Called them up and the staff was extremely helpful with an estimate and had Tim the service tech out very quickly. Tim was confident in his ability and in less than one hour he had the doors back in place and temporarily repaired while we wait for the new panels to come in from the manufacturer. I couldn't believe how good he made the temp repair look and work. I'll never use anyone else!

I´ve used Overhead Door for many years now and continue to be impressed by their courtesy and professionalism. Most recently the spring on my garage door broke and my wife´s car was stuck inside. I couldn´t schedule an appointment for a few days out, but they sent Tim out right away to get the door opened and the car out. I few days later Tim made the repair quickly and efficiently. Just had Tim R out from OHD Syracuse to repair a broken spring on my door. He came on time within the window and called when he was on the way. Repair was quick and easy- then he checked the door to make sure everything else was proper before leaving. Will definitely have them out again for any other issues!

I called about a garage door opener from the 70's that OHD had installed, which was still working, but had started to malfunction and likely needed replaced.

I called on Monday morning. I got through to someone immediately, who put me down to be scheduled for a visit. She was able to provide me pricing for a fix vs a new install. After going through some options, she advised that the technician would have my preferred opener with him should the old one need replaced.

Later that day, I had a day and time on the books for the same week, with a 2 hour window, along with the name of my Tech, Tim R.

Tim called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived during the agreed window. We reviewed the existing unit and discussed options. No push either way, just the facts. We quickly came to a mutual agreement that a new opener was needed, and he got right to work. The whole job was done in an hour flat, with obvious quality of workmanship.

A great experience overall start to finish! Highly recommend.

My garage door needed a lot of maintenance to become usable again. I received an estimate from LKB which was right on. They were very knowledgeable and detailed with explaining what was needed and even how to help keep it maintained over time. Tim R came in the next week to do the work and was very courteous and handled the job quickly. Great experience, great work, thank you.
