Owego Dental

I would not recommend this dental practice! I went for a cleaning.xrays & evaluation. The cleaning was fine, but after the xrays Dr. Dasgupta proceeded to tell me a laundry list of work that I needed including 1 or 2 cavities. I take immaculate care of my teeth & have never had a report like that! She also did a hard sell for invisalign.
I was very uncomfortable with her manner and strong arm sales tactics. I had her send the xrays to my former dentist. Most were too poorly taken to tell what was needed. They took new ones (at no charge) & informed me that I had NO cavities & that my teeth looked fine other than some wear & tear typical for a 71 year old. They also told me I should never get invisaligfn as some of my teeth were very slightly loose & the shifting caused by invisalign would have made them much more loose. Dr. Dasgupta was actually recommending a procedure that would have resulted in a huge problem!
Stay away from this dental practice!

I was very pleased with the dedication Dr. Dasgupta displayed trying to save a tooth. So far, it seems successful. What ever the outcome, her dedication, and her gentle care, helped me through the transition to her service. Dr. Dasgupta really cares.

Sophie is their dental hygienist and is great! This comes from someone whose favorite place is not the dentist! Lol

Another nice check up. Sophie you make it feel good to be getting your check up!

As always Sophie puts you at ease and makes it easy to keep your 6 month check ups.

Attitude is a pure positive and she bubbles over with positivity!

Even though I had not previously been a patient, I was seen quickly when I told them I had pain in my tooth. The staff was friendly and professional. The office was clean and rooms had a lovely view of the river. Dr. Dasgupta was very patient and knowledgeable, and took her time with her examination and explanations. I am happy to say that I will continue to trust my dental health to Owego Dental.

Customer services was amazing I got all the information and answers I needed. I was a little bothered after I got home and read the flyer. I asked the doctor if they do payment which she said yes. She said I have to put down $500-$1000 down but the flyer said $0 down and 0% financing available.

The staff was so friendly and kind! Very clean and organized office! Beautiful scene of the river. So satisfied with the entire experience!

The office staff is always cheerful, the Dr. Keeps a tight schedule. The view from the room is beautiful and the office is clean and well maintained.
I have the invisaline braces on and have seen the Hygienist and have had x-rays. I can't begin to say what a pleasant atmosphere it is every time I go in.
I highly recommend this office.

They were the best. I went in with extreme pain for 4 days. The assistant went above and beyond to get me in with an oral surgeon. They were so caring and kind. I highly recommend them!

I had a tooth ache and didn't have a dentist that I could go to without waiting weeks. They got me within an hour and quickly assessed the situation. They came up with a plan and I was on my way. A day later with a plan in progress (prep meds), I was feeling 100% better. Great team, very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended!

I had a tooth ache couldn’t get in with anyone, I call owego Dental. Right away the person on the other end was so warm and understanding my pain. She didn’t even put me on hold she right away told to get there as soon as possible they are close on Friday and she didn’t want me in pain any longer. The doctor was just as wonderful. They even are getting to the office early for me so after 4 days on antibiotics my tooth can be pull. I just found my new dentist!

Update: I have been a patient of Owego Dental, Dr. Dasgupta, for over 2 years. My most recent visit, March13, after checking in at the front desk with Emily, I had my dental cleaning with Sophie the dental hygienist. I am always amazed at how clean my teeth feel after this procedure! It is always nice to see the team and get the professional expertise from Dr. Dasgupta and hygienist Sophie in regard to my oral healthcare. Friendly, expert care is the norm at Owego Dental.

Owego Dental is the place to go for all our dental needs. Their staff and hygienists helped me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. It definitely is the place to go for Invisalign to straighten your teeth. You can see the experience and passion for it right from the beginning!

I felt well-cared for as I went through an extensive amount of needed dental work following cancer radiation treatments.
Dr. D was very gentle and always concerned about any pain I might have been experiencing. I appreciate the friendliness of all the staff. I highly recommend this dental practice.
