Our moving team with OZ was fantastic. Our move went very smoothly thanks to them. We hired OZ to load two 16-foot PODS in two mornings, as well as pack some tricky items. (They could've done it in one day but we wanted to see what size our second POD would need to be.) The PODS went across the country and our stuff arrived safe and sound. Our OZ movers were punctual, professional, very skilled, and very friendly. The same team came back the second day, which was great. We highly recommend OZ.

I have moved w Oz twice —-complete home moves in the NYC area. Today we moved my 83 y.o mom from her home of 51 years to a new state. Oz was AMAZING—so I had to write. They never overcharge you, estimates and pricing are totally fair, the moving team is great, quiet, hard working, decent. They aren’t in a rush, do an excellent job packing, arrive on time, no overuse of packing materials. Everything you want on what can be a very stressful and emotional day. Thank you OZ—great company, I will always use and recommend!

BAIT AND SWITCH. I've been hiring companies to move equipment for 10+ years, and this is the worst company I have utilized. They promised sturdy double-corrugated boxing for my sensetive equipment, and delivered a flimsy, sloppily constructed solution instead. Instead of using a larger box which would be the correct size for the equipment, they taped two smaller boxes together. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem, and they stated that they could fix it, but they would have to charge me for any additional work. I had to delay my shipment and pay another company to come in and do the job the right way.

Their customer service is non-existant. They use rediculous tactics to try to exhaust you, sending you in loops and giving you incorrect phone numbers before you can actually get to speak with the decision maker.

Beware - what they promise is not what they deliver.

Scam artists. Were going to charge me actually 5x what another reputable moving company is charging and claimed the reason for the expense is unexplained “labor costs. ” On top of that told me they would do me a favor and give me 20% off- I was getting a “great discounted price. ” I never write reviews but this entire experience was so slimy and a rip off. Thankful I found another company.

I have lived in New York City for close to 6 years now, and I can state unequivocally that Oz Moving is the absolute worst service I have ever used. Nearly every step of the process had an issue, and the day of the move itself was a nightmare unlike any other I have experienced. There are probably a hundred, cheaper moving services in NYC, use any of them except Oz Moving.

We had a really good experience moving from New York to DC with Lamont Tatum and his team. They moved incredibly quickly, took good care of our things, and delivered them the next day at the time they had promised. We're hoping not to move again any time soon, but if we did, I would call Oz. The other movers we contacted quoted a higher price and indicated that they might not deliver our belongings for a week or more.

The team of movers who assisted us with our move were AMAZING! Moving can be stressful, but the guys made everything run smoothly. I have used Oz three times now and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Another great move! I've used OZ twice now and each time was stress free! From administrative, to the move itself it is all good. On time, efficient, great packing, careful moving and great courteous staff. Very, very happy!

Highly recommend. The team was extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule multiple times due to construction / elevator issues. They packed our entire apartment - every shelf and drawer. The Oz crew was efficient, kind, and also thoughtful - a far less common quality.

We hired Oz based on recommendations, and we weren’t disappointed. Would absolutely recommend.

Moved from Manhattan to Brooklyn, from an elevator building to a walk-up. Fabulous move. Painless, quick and secure. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Do not use this company! They are thieves and liars! I moved twice with them and I thought they did a good job. I took me several months to unpack my thing. I'm missing my own drawings and other items that were packed and moved. I checked the storage before I moved into my new place and nothing was different. I was robbed on the first move and probably robbed on the second move. I cannot replace my personnel items and they will never compensate me. I regret giving them compliments and I know OZ will never compensate me for my lose or fire their workers. I'm especially pissed because I thought I found honest movers. Sickening!

This company is very efficient with the way they work, great service, and they also treat their customers with respect and they also help you out throughout your entire moving process.

Always the best movers! I have used their company twice. Jack is consistently great to coordinate with and the movers are efficient, punctual, and kind.

Not a complicated move by OZ standards but one that required timing - a NYC 23rd floor pickup with limited access to the service elevator going to DC where parking and move in is controlled by city approvals. This was a full team effort with between 8 and 5 persons - all professional and polite! A job well done within our budget and on schedule. Thank you OZ.

We recently used Oz for the second time and they were absolutely excellent, yet again. Joseph was extremely helpful in planning the move and Quentin and his Team were brilliant on the day. Highly recommended.

Oz just returned a truckload of our things after 6 months in storage during a renovation of our 6th floor loft. They aren't cheap, but didn't charge for storage. They were an incredibly efficient, fast and hardworking crew and at the same time, careful. No damage was done to the furniture or the walls.
Now if only I could get them back to figure out where to put all this stuff.

Manuel Pepin and his team were incredible. They helped us with our office pickup and build. We were supposed to have another company do this for us, but they went radio silent on us. Oz Moving, Jack, Nancy, Manuel and his team quickly jumped in and turned it around within a week! I couldn't recommend them more. We will be using them every time!

Ive heard some nightmare stories when it comes to moving. But, OZ moving was stress free and moved my items quickly with NO damage from NYC to New Jersey.
