Unassuming little restaurant in the downtown area.
Surprising menu!
Well thought out, prepared and presented meals.
Sort of a French Colonial Thai style menu.
Great cocktail menu with a heavy ginger influence.
Desserts were spectacular!
Thick crusted creme brulee, authentic bread pudding and more.
Amazing friendly staff and quick service.
Definitely will be returning!

Very comfortable, modern little place, a complete surprise. Came here after having a bad experience at another restaurant (didn't even get seated before we decided not to spend money there). P S has a good variety of offerings, and prepares all of them superbly. Very friendly, lovely venue and location, an all-around classy and worthwhile dining experience. If you're in Binghamton, you definitely need to check them out!

Probably the best steak in town.no, definitely the best steak in town. And of course always the best fiddleheads went down really well.

My wife and I went to dinner last night. The service was excellent and the food was incredible. We will definitely be going back!

We had a cocktail party here to celebrate our daughter's graduation as a Pharm, D. A couple of signature drinks, charcuterie boards and passed appetizers. The food was fabulous, the drinks were excellent, the atmosphere was perfect, and the staff was top notch. The new Binghamton location is a great space. We look forward to going for dinner sometime soon.

We had a wonderful dinner tonight with great friends and great restaurant atmosphere. Wait staff was professional and thoughtful. Food was awesome. Everyone had something different to eat (salmon, ravioli, filet mignon) and everyone was very happy with their meal! Definitely recommend PS!

Found this gem scrolling through Google. The shrimp and scallop apps were perfectly prepares. Silvana was such a great host, making sure we were well taken care of. For dinner had the filet, duck and salmon, all perfect and tasty. Love the Thai French fusion concept. Exactly what the area needs. Can't wait to return and try the whole menu. Cocktails also great, particularly Captain Daniels.

I treated myself to a fabulous dinner prior to beginning my Radiation Therapy. I order the Filet which was prepared perfectly. Everything about this dinner was stunning from my seat at the bar with terrific conversation with Jess to the dessert … the bread pudding with that gorgeous cone of fresh whipped cream. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will be coming back too.

My family and I had a great time here. Nick was our server and he was incredible. Food, drinks, ambiance, and service 10/10!

Excellent all around. Food is great, service is good, ambiance is one of the best in Binghamton. It’s quite pricey, but definitely worth it for a special occasion.

My husband took me here for Valentine’s Day. Beautiful place, amazing server who was super attentive and a delight! I was disappointed in the seating however. We were placed on the entry level not far from the front door. There was definitely more intimate dining downstairs or upstairs. I froze the whole time because of people coming in and going out. The menu was odd with not a ton of entrees to choose. Only one soup option which was cream of mushroom and that was also the ravioli selection. We got the pb / chocolate pie for dessert and it was still very frozen. I don’t know if I would add this restaurant to my top downtown favorites.

While the staff where great, the drinks where horribly inconsistent, food took well over an hour to arrive, the menu all over the place (Italian, thia, Japanese, no clue what they are) there food was well below sub par. The Italian (cavatelli) had a gaggy sweet sauce like a marinara, extra parmarsian couldn't come close to fixing the problem. If true Italian is what you want go elsewhere.if true Thai is what you want go elsewhere, thai.go elsewhere. Also DO NOT bring a child under 12, there is nothing for them.

Excellent meal, enjoyed the new location and greatly improved atmosphere, fantastic service, looking forward to returning.

We haven’t been to PS in years we didn’t know what to expect. Thankfully they remain an excellent fine dining experience now located close to home in Binghamton. The food, service and atmosphere did not disappoint. I had the seared scallops and perfect black risotto my husband had the Thai Duck. Both dishes were well prepared, seasoned and served. Wait staff prompt and attentive. They actually seemed to care about our experience and appreciated our business. We will make PS a regular treat.
