James P. Is the worst technician. He came to my residence twice and I found cO2 cartridges. He did not finish the work and left in a hurry. Leaving me with a leak and water flooding in the basement. Drug test your employees.

John was very professional and checked everything thoroughly on an extremely hot day when the central AC stopped working. He was extremely patient and explained things clearly, making sure we understood the work that was needed to be done and what our best options were. I would def recommend John and PAC!

We just had a completely new HVAC system installed with PAC, and an electrical wire had to be run outside the house for the AC unit. James came back to seal the hole they had drilled outside the house for us after the installation job was finished, and he went above and beyond to get the job done! Moreover, he was extremely pleasant and courteous, and was very professional by explaining what needed to be done! Awesome company and exemplary staff! Thanks James and PAC!

Tried 2 days to open the unit so that I can replace the AC filter, but the screws were done too tight. Thanks for sending James again to the rescue! As always, James was really courteous and extremely professional, and even gave us advice on the things we need to be aware of with our new unit! Without a doubt, PAC and staff are always the best! You can always depend on them!

I have used PAC for many years. I think that, in itself, reflects on the quality of their work. Kerry was the staff member who came to my home today; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I've had this company do work for me on multiple occasions. All of their employees are very good at what they do. I'm always satisfied with the end product. Today Bob was here. He was prompt, and prepared for any issue. Excellent service.

Alex and team went above and beyond. We hired them to see why our shower install wasn't working properly. They took the time to go through all the possible issues until they found the problem. They even were willing to talk our contractor through the problem even though we hadn't hired them to install it. You will not be disappointed in their work or service.

I’m so relieved! I’ve had an issue with a leak for years. Had numerous plumbers and still to no avail. Devran came and he was so good. Patient, took his time and figured it out for us. Thank you Devran! Im a member now and I’m so happy

I was very happy with the service and the technician and the responsiveness and how quickly the problem was solved. I was not happy that I was charged $150 for a service call that was all of 20 minutes and a simple tapping of the equipment was all it took to solve the problem. I understand there is a service charge but $150 is high. $100 seems more fair.

They definitely take advantage of people in distress to overcharge them. But that's fair game. What I can't accept is that, despite installing my water heater all fine, they made a few little stains on my wooden floors and never seriously tried to address it, even though I was just asking for a small fix. No customer service once you've paid up.

Once again PAC Plumbing came thru for me. Phil n Nicky installed a great air conditioning condenser for my home. They came early in the morning n did not stop working until they had it installed and up
and fully operational. They were very efficient n did an excellent job.
I would recommend PAC to my family and friends.

Your plumber James came out of repaired my air conditioning system his service was great I've been with pack for over 10 years and I did notice a steep price change actually got sticker shock prices have went up tremendously other than that the service is great A bit pricey but good service

What a great and unexpectedly pleasant experience. The servicemen that came were identified prior to coming. They came on time. Bob is very good at what he does and he kept me advised every step of the way. They took pictures and text me details on a regular basis. The men were very professional, considerate and friendly. On one occasion, I had a tankless water heater installed. On this last occasion, I had pipes replaced in my 100+ year old home. I highly recommend this service.

Ken was magnificent installing my father in-laws new toilet. Ken was patient and knowledgable and answered any question or concerns that either I or my father in-law had with the installation. P. A. C has my father in-laws seal of improvement.

I was in need of my heating system serviced and I called PAC plumbing. They were very professional and were able to help me the same day. A few hours later technician James came and checked all the pipes, labeled them correctly and serviced my system. He explained exactly what he did and was knowledgeable about his profession. I feel at ease now knowing he did his job correctly and I signed a yearly contract. It’s nice to know I have the protection I need to keep my house running smoothly. (Update) REVIEW FOR 09JAN2023 Service: I just wanted to start with the issue, that when they did the previous service, our heater radiator then started to shut down one by one until the whole of our first floor turned cold—which is weird because it is not connected with the valve for the heater radiator—so we had Friday, Saturday and Sunday in a cold house. BUT I want to commend the good service, even their office personnel, Kayla and Daniel are very professional and such lovely people, esp Daniel, he helped us with this dilemma step by step over the phone. Lastly, I want to give a big thank you and big praise to James, who was also the one who came here last time, he explained everything to us clearly and resolved the issue and gave us the best solution possible. He knows his stuff and even tried to teach us which is which; Even though I was really sad and disappointed that this issue suddenly came up when we just had something fixed there, this company really uphold their reputation as being professionals and very very kind, even when I was a little emotionally distraught, they remained calm and gave me options. Though very expensive lol but anyway, very good staff! The best I must say! So the stars are for the staff, the one unlit star is for the pricing because it is very high, but let’s see, I might update this still.

(EDIT) Changed it to 5 stars, they gave us discounts so to lessen the burden of the original price, hopefully it will reflect soon in our account ALSO I forgot to mention they have a Military/Veteran discount which is a Plus! We purchase a water filtration system then no one was willing to install. I called quite a few places some seen even in commercials for being top company. All refused but not Pac Plumbing.
They are from Staten Island and was more punctual then the other companies that are in the neighborhood and we live in NJ.
They installed it on the same day they did an expection for us of our over all plumbing and mech. Since our 1st initial visit and I section. We have replaced our water heater and fixed a portion of an eroded pipe and they have been by far an all around top company from there workers to the staff on call. Over all A+,
