I recently found myself in posssesion of a house which needed a lot of clean out and numerous renovations. After much research, I decided that my best and most expedient option was to contact a legitimate home buyer company for cash. I investigated the reviews of many companies, and spoke directly to Realtors in the area. Pace Home Buyers LLC was always the company that backed up all the testimonials and professional opinions that I contacted. Doing business with the owner Rich was exceptionally easy. Respectful, professional, and knowledgeable, any questions I had were answered immediately, and there was no sales pressure of any kind put on me.
His price was reasonable, and I felt that he was looking out for my needs as well as his own. The entire process took a couple of weeks from start to closing. I would highly recommend Pace Home Buyers LLC for their exceptional service to their customers.
