Awesome customer service. As a first time home owner, I had many questions on which vent hood was best for my kitchen. They guided me through every step and was very patient. They have a variety of kitchen needs from vent hoods to rice cookers and stainless steel cookware.

I bought a buffalo ih smart cooker 1.5l (8 cup) here. It cooked really good rice, but it dead with an error code: ea right after 3 years warranty expired.

The hood and service was great. Had a large selection of models to choose from and we were able to turn them on and test them. They also offer installation. Not really on a busy area so parking was easy

Defective design steam clean Pacific hood. Heat generated in the hood melted the top part of this plastic container. Luckily, it didn't cause fire in the house yet.
This is the second time i replaced this container. Don't buy this steam clean hood. It is less effective to pull oil and smell compared to the old model which used detergent to clean the fan. The steam cleansing ability only good for few months.

It was a very nice experience. ALICE was very nice and polite. She was very helpful and patient. She was very professional and very knowledgeable. She was able to explain how the pacific hoods function. So I definitely recommend pacific hoods to anyone. Thanks!

If you bought a range hood here, she will tell you that you can call them if you don't know how to install it. When you call him to ask questions he'll ask you if you don't know anything about how you set it up. Extreme bad attitude
