Paesan's Pizza Restaurant, Rensselaer NY

Ordered a salad and calzone. Salad was fresh and crisp. Calzone seemed like it had a pint of ricotta in it, dough and fillings plentiful.

Food is usually good, however the service is god awful. Placed my order online, got confirmation, then the supposed manager claims I never ordered. After showing him my confirmation number, he looked around confused for 10 minutes then magically found my order which was placed almost 75 minutes before I arrived. Again the food is good but Christ talk about not being able to manage things, no wonder they are hiring.

Always friendly always fresh. I make sure to come at least 3 times when visiting from GA. I accidentally went to a different location and turned around to come to this one.my fave

Pizza has always been good and so are the wings. The only problem and why I didn't gave a higher review is because each and every time my husband or I have called to order, we get the same crabby and rude guy on the phone. Whoever this guy is really has no place answering phones or speaking to the customers! He is always very short with us, never has a smile in his voice, and basically hung up in my face without even telling me how long for my delivery.

Pizza is not great but not bad. Middle of the road to be honest. It is a quick place to go in and out and perfect for just one slice but there is better pizza within the area but also worse pizza.
