Big guy in the back is rude and loud. I needed help with a tire and the front counter tried to assist me and get the tire in for a valve stem. He quickly yelled from the back stating it could not be touched for 3 weeks and repeated it loudly. This is not the first time I have gone there for assistance on my equipment and had poor customer service.

Great local staff. Anytime I need a particular bearing or housing these guys and take care of me with ease.

Helpful staff that helped me get a good price on a Ferris, which has ended up being a great purchase.

Left my Tractor here to get worked on it stayed here for a month and was never touched when I called the guy he said they where working on it and nothing was done it was just sitting outside! I do NOT recommend this place

These guys are great and always go above and beyond. Charles in the parts department is second to none!

They only care about making the sale for the most money for thrm rather than meet your specific needs that you share when shopping for whatever you want for specific needs. Customer service could be better

My ls 45 hpTractor came had a dash light on called service mike talked me thru it in just a couple minutes took care of problem. Only had tractor a couple hours love it so far. So far great customer service and great experience buying dealt with mike on that as well great guy and very smart smart and no bs when selling right to the point and honest.

Worst customer service and follow up, I purchased a brand-new tractor with a backhoe, front bucket and York rake attachment. Wife bought me chains for the tires and can't use cause there's not enough space between the tire and frame. Asked 4 times for a price on wheel spacers, finally did get a price but only after me calling them non stop. Won't buy anything else from them.
