Palace Diner reviews
21Very elegant and welcoming place. They provide generous portions and for inexpensive prices. We loved the food very much and the staff were super welcoming and informative. Recommended.
The food is regularly well prepared and delightful, employees hands out fantastic service. I really like how clean it is and character. I highly recommend this spot.
What can I say I grew up around diners all my life it reminds me of a place in Queens that I used to hang out and I can say their food is superb
The best Cobb salad I’ve ever had. In the history of ever and I live in NYC just sayin. Great food and great service.
Food was Great nice portions stopped driving thru late If I'm ever in town again I would definitely come back
Wonderful cozy diner. Good place to stop for brunch while driving upstate. Food was good but nothing fancy. Prices are reasonable considering the huge portions served!
Came in last Saturday night for dinner with my husband, we usually do not get a great waitress EVER! However we had Bianca and she was wonderful! Every time we usually come here everyone ignores you, doesn’t care however she is Such a sweet and helpful young lady. I had to let the hostess know on the way out how fantastic she was. Will be coming by every weekend to see her when we can! Thank you so much sweetheart! Your a gem!
Tonight we received outstanding customer service in your London road branch, Glasgow. We were served by Nicole who was immediately warm and welcoming and took interest in our evening. Rather than us wait she said she would bring our food to our table.
While at the table, Yvonne approached us and started to chat with us. Again very interested in our evening and with a warm welcome and a good laugh.
First off.service was excellent. Butttt the food was strait up trash (to be fair it was at like 2: 30am). My French toast was barley cooked, basically wet doughy toast with dry eggs.pancakes were still raw inside, toast wasn’t even toasted. & also to be fair. I think the cook was just drunk
Wonderful Diner, food great and great place to bring family. Not overly crowded & warm setting.
Beautiful art deco dinner. Good food. My party had a pesto chicken panini, chocolate chip pancakes, and a "red fox wrap" (hat tip to Marist College across the street). All came out good and hit the spot.
Food was much better than your usual bland-enormous menu diner fare. Appetizer soups were very flavorful and filling. Entree and side portions are very big for the price. Great little baked goods line up
Went there for lunch with Mom. Split the Plymouth sandwich which is Turkey on pumpernickel with cheddar stuffing cranberries and homemade turkey gravy! Delicious! They have the best coleslaw around! Coffee to die for! Everything was fantastic! Service was friendly and quick!
Great local diner, especially for late night food. Service was quick and friendly. Waitress was on top of refilling drinks. Large diversity on the menu. Also great for a lunch break, usually in and out with in 30-40 min.
Best food in town! Excellent selection of all kinda of food and huge portions at a great price.
Food was really good and prices are fair. Service was a little iffy. Also keep in mind it is a college campus hotspot with Marist right there, so expect a fair amount of college students
The food is of good quality!
The service is very good, the waiters and hosts are very kind and helpful. Prices are very good too! Most foods are in large portion and are worth well more than what you’d pay at other places.
The diner has been a place my fiance and I have gone a few times. The staff is nice and check up on you frequently. The menu has quite a bit to choose from, so there is never a time I can't find something. The only critism I have is the staff could be a little more lively and the pricing is a bit off compared to other dkners. The food is usually untouched in the way of any seasoning, even salt and pepper. Don't get me wrong, I'll be back to enjoy a breakfast or lunch soon.
This place is the best! Drive an extra 30 min across the river with the family to come here on the weekends.
